The building is nice and clean, employees are pleasant to work with. However I have had a space for 2 weeks and still cannot access my building due to some error with their security system. So far I have only been able to access during business hours with a custom temporary code. This significantly reduces the usability of the storage unit for me.

Such a great facility. Customer service is excellent and the units are nice. I love that they have multiple options on sizes to fit your needs and they also offer competitive prices for packing supplies.

Nick is an amazing! The other staff have been great as well. This time around he was the one that helped give my Dad and I the best customer service I could possibly ask for. There were some complications in the past which he was at no fault but was quick to resolve everything. There were just some misunderstandings in the past with management we had. He explained things very well in detail and went above and beyond what I have seen in the past. We will continue to be customers at Cube due to his exceptional service and peace of mind provided! Thank you so much!

Using the free truck made everything so much easier this place is great

First they raise their rates. Then they require you buy their lock. Now they require you have their insurance. They want a copy of your homeowners policy otherwise they add a policy for another approx $15 per month. Stay away as every few months they decide a new way to charge more. Zero stars.

Amanda (the manager) is very friendly/professional and really goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I have multiple units, I moved all my storage units to Cubes because they are so awesome. They offer a free truck to help you move in! No need to rent a u-haul. What more can you ask for?

I didn’t use Cube Self Storage myself but I’d like to commend them on their wonderful business practices. My uncle had been renting a unit from this location. Unfortunately he died suddenly leaving my elderly grandparents to deal with the contents of his storage unit. Cube was kind enough to give them courtesy rental days while my grandparents found someone to come help with all the lifting that would be required to empty the unit. When I went in with my grandpa to return the key, the woman in the office immediately recognized him and was very sweet in asking if he got everything taken care of and wishing him well. I greatly appreciate the compassion shown to my grandparents in this difficult time. Not all businesses would have responded the same way so I really can’t thank Cube enough for that.

We got this storage as we were in the process of selling our home and moving in with my in laws where we wouldnt have enough space for all of our things. When we went in the woman helped show us a couple different options and the prices. We set it up that day. Very clean facility and easy access. We just recently emptied our storage after 8 months and they made it very easy to end the account. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to store your stuff.

I have two 10 x 10 climate controlled units at the Bountiful Facility. I wanted a 10 x 20 unit but there were none available. The staff was very cooperative and arranged the two smaller units for a combined price equal to the larger unit. I found both units and the common spaces to be clean and the climate control is great. I feel very comfortable with security. Access to my units is controlled by an electronically accessed gate and door. I recommend the facility

Lock It Up Storage was a huge blessing to us when we had to move my mom quickly because they offered us a free moving van to transport all of her belongings to the units she rented there! This place has many different size storage units. It is very clean and secure and they offer a free moving van for a one time use when moving in.

We have never had any issues with lock it up storage. The office staff are always available and helpful. They are efficient with billing. The grounds are always well taken care of and our stuff is always safe and intact.

Since moving our family in with relatives, weve needed a place to store important things that we no longer have room for at our current residence. Lock It Up Self Storage in Bountiful, Utah, has been a 5 star quality place to save these important things. It seems really safe and the staff rocks!

I have had a couple of units at Lock It Up Storage in Bountiful for just over five years now and love it! The service is great and the facility is very clean. I have not had to be concerned about my things at all while living out of state.

Cubes has taken excellent care of me for the past couple years, and is the best climate control facility I have found.
