We had a wonderful experience working with Amanda and Dr. Mark Blau. They are compassionate and caring. After years of denial about how to proceed with hearing aids, it was nice to finally see and “hear” the result.

I have been to other hearing aid companies. I feel confident that My Hearing has the expertise and best knowledge about hearing loss. Because of relocation I changed to the Bountiful, Utah office. I wondered if this office would be as good as the one I had gone to. Im very pleased with the service Ive received. My questions are answered without hesitation. The doctor knows how the ear works and what to do so I have the hearing support best suited for my hearing need. The staff is professional and courteous; I feel like they are my friends and want the best for me since I have hearing loss. Its easy to make appointments. I am comfortable and happy to have their help.

The appointments are always on time, no waiting, the doctor, Mark, is thorough and answers all my questions. And the very best thing is the hearing suds recommended are exceptional!

The hearing aids I purchased a few months ago from My Hearing Centers was my second hearing aid purchase. The first purchase from another provider was six years ago. By comparison, I would rate my first hearing aid purchase and the subsequent customer service I received with a B- grade, and the experience thus far from Dr. Mark Blau at My Hearing Centers with an A grade. Consequently, I have been very satisfied with the quality of the hearing instruments I am now using and also very satisfied with the thoroughness demonstrated by Dr. Blau as he has assisted me with various operating issues such as the Blue Tooth connection between my I-phone and hearing aids. As I was contemplating a replacement of my first hearing aids, I did some research of the hearing aid market and the leading products within the market. Based on my experience thus far with My Hearing Centers, I would gladly refer friends and family members to My Hearing Centers in connection with any hearing enhancement needs they may have, for I am confident they would be as pleased as i am with Dr. Blau and the My Hearing Centers team.
