I have a guest coming to visit me in 2 days and need a FULL mattress. I recently was given a FULL bed frame and box spring from a friend. I knew the names of 3 different mattress stores I’d heard about on the radio. I got online and looked at the stores. Mattress Firm was 10 min from my house. On their site I saw they were having a sale.I looked at a variety of beds to get an idea of ratings, customer comments, and pricingI went to the store and got immediate help. I assumed I’d choose a mattress and get my friend to pick it up with her truck that night. However they keep their mattresses at a warehouse close by and can deliver them to you.We looked at a couple of beds and I lied on a couple of them to decide if I preferred “firm or medium” and paid and placed the order for delivery two days later. I had several questions and they answered all of them. It was a very quick process and I was excited for the 10 year warranty. I could also buy a bed frame or queen mattress in the near future. It was a positive experience. Thank you.

I chose Mattress Firm to purchase a new memory foam mattress because after doing much research, their prices seemed to be the best in town. My salesman, Cash, was very helpful. I informed him of the issues I have while trying to sleep and he paired me with what I believe will be the perfect mattress for my wife and myself. It was a great experience and Im very happy with my purchase.

Went in a couple weeks ago and decided on some mattresses but wasn’t totally ready to buy yet. Came back about 2 weeks later with a better idea of what I needed and mattress firm honored the best price I was quoted for my mattresses and bases between the two quotes. Was treated very fairly and was very happy with the prices and selection.

Bountiful store was the good place to find a gooooooood mattress. The staff was friendly, helpful without hovering. Sales prices were great; got a queen for the price of a twin. Would shop there again.

Bill has been searching for a new mattress for the trailer we just purchased. He had several in mind. We then went to the store in Bountiful. We were warmly greeted and the young woman we worked with was knowledgeable about the different mattresses and helped us to make the choice. We were impressed and felt good About our choices.

Even though the box spring I wanted was not in stock at the location I went to. The guy that helped me order it made it really fast and easy and I will have it delivered to the store shortly.

When I went to the store with my husband, we were treated extremely well very kind. When we were going to be leave and think about it, he became very pushy about getting the sale. Finally I was talked into putting some money down to lock in the price. We left, he has a black beautiful caddy, we were driving a 21 year old car. Latter I called back to cancel. He pushed me to the max.we are school bus drivers, the pandemic kept us out of work. We needed the money to be get us through.We now have a bed that we hate!!! Every thing we were promised about it that would no happen has.

BEWARE!! This store will promise delivery based on inventory levels they say are available in their warehouse, only to find out the warehouse doesnt have the inventory and probably never did. The customer service and overall communication has been extremely frustrating. We ordered a mattress on Black Friday and were told it was in stock and would be delivered the next week. The next week came and we were told it was delayed to the following week. The following week we received a call that the mattress was not in stock and delayed again, after we were assured it would be in. That next Friday we did not receive a call so I called the store who looked up my order and told me I was scheduled for delivery the next day. The next day I called to get a delivery time and was told the mattress was still backordered and wouldnt be in until after Christmas. I cancelled the order asking for a full refund. I ended up calling RC Willey who had the mattress in stock, gave me an additional $200 rebate I was not told about and delivered it the next day. I am still waiting for my deposit refund after 10 days and when I called on that, was told the store didnt submit the paperwork correctly but I should get within 7-10 days. I called the main Mattress Firm company who said they cannot do anything, I need to deal with the store directly. The overall customer service, communication and antiquated computer inventory system is ridiculous.

I shopped for nearly 10 months looking for the right mattress and the right store. My initial visit to the Bountiful, Utah store set the bar for my shopping research. Search was concluded as I returned to Bountiful and was cared for by a good and honest salesman, Eric. Good people, good product, good price. I’m a happy sleeper.

Sam was so helpful when my partner and I were shopping for a new mattress. We had no idea how technical our selection could be, and instead of allowing us to feel overwhelmed, Sam was patient in explaining our options and helped narrow our preferences to find the perfect fit. I had a wonderful experience buying a mattress here! The staff were very helpful in making sure I had the right mattress that works for me. There was absolutely no pressure from any salesman. Everyone was patient and courteous while we tried mattress after mattress. I would definitely recommend visiting this Mattress Farm to get a mattress and have a great experience doing so!

Cameron was awesome to work with! Took a lot of time to help us out. We have learned it is hit-and-miss who you may get at a store. We had talked with a different sales person at the layton store and werent very impressed. Cameron just says it how it is and was great to work with!

We went in and ordered a mattress and box Springs from the Bountiful store. They told us that the set would be in a week later on the 16th of the month, but probably would arrive on the 14th. We called them on the 16th and was told they were checking with the warehouse to see when it would come in and get back with us. I called the following day to check again since they didnt call back and they then indicated that it wasnt in stock and would not arrive until three more months. Why didnt they know this upon our purchase transaction? They also indicated that the order was not placed and there was a mix up in their paperwork. They then indicated that we could purchase a much more expensive set but it wouldnt be in for another week but they couldnt be sure. If we wanted a more expensive set we would have purchased a more expensive set. Since they couldnt produce what we asked for and paid for I asked that they return our money. They said it would take 10-14 days to get it. I just hope we get our money back. If you are looking for mattresses go to a more professional and organized company. Dont waste your time with poorly trained sales people. Why are they selling products they dont have?

I had a really good experience at Mattress Firm! They got me a super good deal on the mattress that I got. I would definitely go there again! The guy who was helping me was super helpful and was really just there to help me find what I wanted and get me the best deal possible.

I only came in for a bed frame and they were super nice. They weren’t pushing me to buy anything else at all. Will be going back to get a king sizer for the new place soon.

I was a little hesitant to go to a chain mattress store, but my experience was fantastic. Erik was attentive and knowledgeable. He didnt use any pressure tactics, but made sure I was getting all the best deals and best products to go with my mattress. Unfortunately, Purple was not keeping Mattress Firm stocked with the mattresses they were supposed to have, but through all the delays Erik was fantastic about keeping in touch and letting us know what the expected delivery dates were. I would 100% recommend the Bountiful Mattress Firm to anyone for great deals and great service!

A great experience turned a nightmare....We went into mattress firm and they found us a great deal on a good mattress. We paid and excitedly got ready to go get it. That’s when it all fell apart. I called prior to driving to their warehouse to confirm that my mattress was ready for pickup. They told me yes and so I drove out to get it. When I arrived they told me that the counts were off and they didn’t have it even though I called an hour before to make sure. At that point they offered to switch me to another mattress that was of lesser value and didn’t have a pillow top but I would receive no partial refund for the lack of quality and if I wanted to wait for mine to be back in stock it would be over a month until it was back in. So the nice gentlemen at the warehouse told me to go back to the mattress sales store and talk to them and they could probably get me something similar. Once I arrived there they attempted to fix my problem but it went even further down hill. They told me They had a used one at another store but I would have to drive out to get it and it would be a final sale so I couldn’t bring it back if I didn’t like it or found something wrong with it. Needless to say I did not buy a used mattress nor was I paying for a new one and settling for a used one. I asked if they could switch it with something of equal value an she then told me I would have to pay an increase to get another bed of equal value.Terrible customer service at its best. It’s not my fault they can’t count. I shouldn’t have to pay for a new mattress and get offered a used one or told to pay more to get the same quality. And not even free delivery on a used mattress. I’d have to go pick it up myself. This was a joke.

Josh at the Bountiful store was great... he responded to my questions promptly when my local store wasnt had stopped responding. I was disappounted that I had to drive as far as I did and that the special advertised online wasnt set up in their system correctly which resulted in my paying almost $100 more than the advertised special, so that was frustrating too, but Josh was great.

I went into this store to file a complaint, about a situation, I was having at a california location, and Quinton, handle my situation with honesty, and integrity. He went above and beyond to figure out what exactly was going on and did absolutely everything possible to make things right. Quinton is a nursing student and I was very impressed how he used his knowledge about the body and related it to how people sleep. Quinton made a terrible experience livable, and has me thinking about giving mattress firm a second chance, but would only do it if i bought from Quinton!
