Napa automotive parts have better parts than many of the other auto parts stores out there. I have had mechanics in the past that have indicated Napa is where they get most if not all of their needed parts from. I have never gotten any bad parts from Napa.

They Do a terrific job at making people wait on the phone for more than 5 min. “Terrific”

I needed a power steering cap. Its close to my place and they had it. Great customer service! I shop here often.

Quality parts fair prices

I requested something (Atf+4 in gallon x3) days prior. When I arrive to purchase said goods..,I was delayed a ridiculous amount of time between walking into the store being asked into the back to help look and when I walked out of the store an hour later I was pretty upset. Very disorganized.

Clean place but their prices are of the hook

They had the best price for the wiper blades of my 35 yr.old Corvette. Some other places couldnt even find a match. Then they installed them for me (I think because they liked my cool old car😉)

Great parts store, I am not here often because the prices are a bit higher than other options. However the staff here are all super knowledgeable and helpful and they do have a wider selection of parts than some of the other options. So you get what you pay for in a lot of ways. If you need a hard to find part then this is a great option.

If you have to have it today Napa is an option. The Bountiful location will most likely tell you they dont have it but Salt Lake does.

Great Napa with knowledgeable and professional employees. Everyone Ive encountered has helped me beyond what I originally expected from NAPA. They are always fast and efficient and friendly to boot.

Smallish but has most of your automotive needs on hand and can order for you if not. Watch for the bucket deal where if you buy a bucket you get like 20$ off or so.

The staff is super helpful and friendly, got me the right parts and were knowledgeable about them, unlike other stores who hire people who know nothing about the product. Been happy with this NAPA store every time Ive gone in.

Always a good place to look for parts for your vehicle. I have found they are usually cheaper than orileys or auto zone, but they are not open late, as they cater mostly to auto shops. Nevertheless, Ive always had a good experience when I can go here rather than other places.

The girl with glasses who works the counter sold me the wrong additive and told me it was the same thing and to just add it to my fuel tank. When I got home I read the can and it says add directly to fuel rail with a special tool, I dont have this special tool so I went to take it back. I got there at 6:58 pm (they close at 7) I walked up to the door and was reaching for the handle and she ran from the exit door and came and locked the door I was touching! Then had the audacity to smile at me and walk away, not apologize, not see if she could quickly help me. I will never go back there again I have never been treated so badly before. Worst customer service I have ever received, I am still In shock she locked it when my hand was touching the handle!

Great service and advice

I want to like Napa but they are never helpful or friendly there and always more expensive. I went in today and half the employees were shooting the breeze with a guy about nothing while a line of customers waited to check out. No more will i go there for anything.

Ive had good success finding parts needed here. There is sometimes a wait to speak with a sales agent, but they are very helpful. Prices are in line with what is expected.

The counter guys here are awesome. they always make sure Im taken care of, and unlike other parts stores Ive used in the past they dont try and wiggle out of warranty. I use them for everything I need.

Guy behind the counter wearing a hat is awesome, he always helps. His terminal is 2nd from the far right. The big guy always sitting down on the far right, ask the guy right next to (To customers left, big guys right) him. He is extremely knowledgable.

You dont have to deal with new Under under-trained employees

Went in and asked if theyd check my cars check engine light code, guy looked at me like I was stupid and said they dont do that. I was blown away that theyre an auto part store that doesnt have a standard obdII reader. Drove 5 seconds north to Orileys and they said, of course well check that for you what kind of car because they have connections for every make and model. Code was a bad o2 sensor BTW and bought a new sensor there of course cause orileys have great parts for cheap too. This was my first time in a Napa store and now I know why never shoped there before.

Phoenix, the assistant manager didnt just sell me a bulb. She knew the part number from a glance and helped me put it in. I didnt know a finger smudge will cut the life of a bulb. She even gave me the gloves to change it.
