Last night my husband and I Went to the store around 5:35pm.2/18/21 We wanted to buy a new phone. We knew what phone we wanted all we want it was to purchase it and leave.The young lady saidWell I’m closing in 25 minutesSo she couldn’t sell us the phone.When clearly on the door it says they close at 7pmWe took our money and went to the the store in branchburg to buy the note and they were more than happy to help us . And the purchase was made in less than 25 min. Because we knew what we were going for.This is why this store is always slow.She could’ve told us she was closing early since we came in. I guess she was upset because we interrupted her FaceTime call with her friends.And then they wonder why the sales are slow in this store.

I’ve called this store multiple times to ask questions in regards to bill payments, upgrades with trade in and features. I have yet to make a decision as far as which phone I’d like to upgrade to, however they have been helpful at every turn. The team really takes their job seriously and in my opinion, show very little hesitation to get you what you need. They’ve been extremely informative via phone and I am thankful!!! Awesome team and even greater management.

This store is honestly very well run John’s professional manner is truly one of a kind. He is very knowledgeable and efficient in getting what the customer is requesting. I’m thankful for his help and recommendations.

Today my mother and I went to buy a new phone. We were greeted by a woman who proceeded to make us wait a solid hour before even starting the process.. I asked to used the rest room considering Id been there for time she said no due to covid so I was forced to pee behind the building mind you not a single bottle of sanitizer in sight than we sat at the table and watched her go back and forth to two screens for another hour low and behold the ipad died and she could not find a charger we ended up leaving after almost three hours no progress.. Disappointed left without a phone as well.... Will not be returning

John was incredibly helpful, worked with me and my mom to update our phones quickly and successfully. Super nice, would go back to this location again for help anytime

Will tell whatever lie needed to get you to come into the store and than try and sell you a different product. I called John ahead to ask about Ghe LgV60 Dual Screen phone if it was in stock. I was promised they have it. When I came in to buy it turns out the sales person tried to sell me the V60 phone and the dual screen attachment from a completely different phone. Luckily I noticed before heading out the door. John than promised if I call in by 5 pm he’ll order the correct second screen for my lgV60 and it would come In next day maybe 2. All of sudden the 1/2 day turned into 3-5 days of shipping, which he was never able to even order in the first place. I called In twice before 5 each time he was too busy too help and tried to pass me off to call someone else. All of a sudden unexpected “shipping” charges were brought up that never mentioned before and still claimed he was too busy to make a trip phone call for me to order the proper part after screwing up my first order. Spent 4 hours in the store was sold not what I was looking for than when I asked John to fix the problem the salesperson dodges all efforts. If you want to be lied to and promised imaginary deals this is the store.

I had the most amazing experience at the BoundBrook AT&T store. John provided me the most impressive customer service I have ever had. I am so glad I took that hour to come to the store instead of wasting time on the phone with underqualified service representative reading scripts. John was the most knowlegdeable rep I have ever met. He was able to speak to the finance aspect as easily as the technical aspects. Whatmore, he was incredibly patient with my 13 yr old who was wanting to get his first phone. He educated both of us and never made us feel pressured to purchase anything. But at the end of the day he pleased both my son and me giving us the best equipment for my budget. He did not just meet our immediate need but helped me update my entire family plan so that I was paying less for more features and devices at the end of my visit. He talked to us like a family member would and not like a salesman. He was the epitome of professionalism, skill and friendliness all in one. AT&T has a gem in Bound Brook and the community is blessed to have access to such quality service.

Quick and easy. Just make sure you triple check that they dont add insurance to your plan if you decline it. Just found that one out and had to have customer service remove it

It’s Friday 1 pm boundbrook store is closed. Lights are on a car is in the lot, but doors are locked and no one is picking up the phone.This is not the first time.

Very courteous well mannered and very knowledgeable with everything I needed help with

Staff was not very knowledgeable of some of the products they sell. They mistakingly deactivated my cellphone when I had requested that they put a new Sim Card a totally different one I had brought with me. It took them 3 attempts and more than 40 minutes of my time waiting for them to get it right.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. Satisfied with the service.
