When life makes you trust a stranger and purchase a car sight unseen, this was the BEST risk I ever took. Otto was in contact with me at every step …AND THE CAR WAS OUTSTANDING! Seen a Facebook ad for a truck. Everything looked good. Planned to drive out to go get this car. Spoke to Said and he mentioned that we had to leave a deposit. I asked upfront if it was refundable if we drove all the way there and didnt like the car in person. He said yes of course. Well that I wasnt true. I had to fight with him to get my money back even though I told him the next day that after I consulted a mechanic the spots of rust he downplayed was probably a bigger sign that he let on and I no longer wanted to do the deal. He refused to give me my money back saying he went through all the trouble (only the next day) and got the radiator fixed when he told me it didnt need anything done. He proceeded to argue with me that its only right that he keeps a little bit of my money for his trouble and that his boss wanted to take more than 75% of the deposit that I left so I was lucky to be getting anything back. NEVER do business with this shady dealer!!!! Horrible customer service. Horrible people skills. Probably selling lemons to unsuspecting people.

RUN!!! Do not buy a car from these rip off artists!!! They wanted me to sell the car back to them for what I paid for it after putting $1500 and it won’t even pass inspection which they promised!!! Reporting them to the bbb and the NJ DMV.

They scam you from the beginning. If they offer you a 30 day engine and transmission warranty, get it in writing. They do not honor it otherwise. I purchased a 2011 honda odyssey and it had a sever engine tap, which i was told by Arturo and Otto i could get checked out and if it was bad they would fix it. Needless to say I did my due diligence by taking it to the dealer for a legitimate assessment, and since it was costly, Blue Sky Auto wanted to have their mechanic fix it, so they kept my for 2 weeks which they orginally said they could fix the problem in two days. They didnt fix anything, and whats worse is when i came to pick up the car it had a new crack in the windshield that they did not tell me about. They didnt give me my money back for the bad engine, and tried to lowball me on the winshield. I called the cops, and they said they have been called out to this business many times before for the same thing. Stay away and take your business somewhere legitimate!

Bought an SUV from these guys. What a mistake that was. Arturo assured me that the display just needed to be updated... new display, new module and still the dealer cant find the problem. Thousands down the drain. Also they couldnt get the part to fix the headlight and gave me $200 cash to change it myself... lets just say that $200 no where near covered the cost. Now the same number that I called to buy the vehicle puts me right to voice-mail after 2 rings whenever I call. No one to blame but myself for trusting someone, you have been warned and if you choose to buy here I wish you luck. SINCE YOU decided to respond with a lie I will put the truth for everyone. You reduced the price of the car $2500 before I came to purchase the car and there was no mention of the radio or headlight not working until I showed up and turned the car on so thats a bs excuse. When I brought up reducing the purchase price because the radio didnt work you said you already reduced it as low as you can go. Oh and you said it just needs programming, well that wasnt true as the new module was $2,100 not including the display screen so yet again BS on the $900. Youre just full of BS and the exact reason why the just another used car salesman expression exits. I bought a Honda sight-unseen from Blue Sky Auto. I actually came across the ad on Facebook. Obviously, the whole situation could have been a scam and I could have been sent a broken vehicle or worse, no vehicle at all, but the whole transaction went beautifully and my Honda is great. Any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion and all my documents and paperwork were sent. They even arranged reasonably priced shipping to my door in Upstate NY. My vehicle was in good shape and as described, minus some scratches and dings that werent seen in the photos. I had the vehicle inspected not long after, and it passed with no issues. I was very pleased with the whole situation. If I needed to buy another vehicle without traveling, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I am very disappointed in this dealership I was sold a car that is a lemon. I have to put oil in it every other week. I had to replace the sparkplugs and the coil every couple of months oil all over the engine. The engine is no good. Still making payments. Sorry guys will not recommend you to anyone that needs a car.

They have a Great selection with very reasonable prices. Me and my wife bought a 2010 Jetta and then went back 2 yrs later to get a 2012 Touareg TDI. Arturo and Otto are great people to deal with, they made our car buying experience smooth, easy and hassle free, would definitely recommend.

Bought a vehicle that had to be returned for oil and antifreeze leaks. Dealer had vehicle for two weeks and reassured me leaks were resolved. Two days later same leaks in my driveway. Oil and antifreeze leak.

I called over the phone to inquire about a vehicle, they said they had it available. I traveled 40 minutes just for the owner to tell me that the car had been sold A MONTH AGO. Super unprofessional and a waste of my time. Stay away from people who lie to potential customers.
