I love their fresh pasta and the pasta & sauce kits. They are so easy and quick to prepare and delicious. I tried their dry buckwheat casarecce last week and love the taste and texture. I prepared it with duck in an Asian style sauce. The products are easy to order online and pick up in store. I love this company and the folks who created it. Excellent customer service.

After we moved from brooklyn to boulder we were desperate to find fresh pasta. and now we found it! don’t let the whole and ancient grains fool you, it tastes like traditional pasta only better. even our picky kid loves the pasta. the owners are crazy nice and helpful and i feel like i’m home when i’m there picking up pasta. the last time i went the pasta was still warm from just coming out of the machine.

We bought a bag of campanelle pasta at the farmers market last Saturday and made a dish using it last night. It was some of the best pasta I have tasted!
