I went out today with the intention to find a wonderful crystal shop where I could feel comfortable shopping for my crystals, and after 2 disappointments, I found The Crystal Dragon!! They have such an amazing selection of crystals and it doesn’t stop there, they have tarot, sage, everything zen you could ask for:) The lady working kindly answered all of my questions and was very helpful and kind at checkout! I will 1000% be coming here every time I need a new crystal from now on. Not to mention they are an amazing price for the amazing quality. I could feel the good energy as soon as I walked in and I carried it with me throughout the rest of my day. Thank you so much for an awesome experience:)

I love this store! I went here for the first time the other day to see if I could find a pair of small/thin/long crystals to put on my threader earrings, and was so happy to find the perfect pair of crystals here! This place has a wonderful selection at great prices.

Prices are wonderful and the selection of incense is even better. however, the customer service is pretty horrific- i’ve been ignored and treated like a bother to the women who sit behind the counter. it’s enough to turn me off of the store, which is sad, because the selection within is so vast. how you treat the people who pay to keep your business afloat is crucial. please do better. i’ll order my incense from amazon or ebay instead.

Quality products, not so quality customer service. I will forever remember the elderly woman saying “YUCK” in my face tonight while I was simply trying on toe ring and didn’t read the sign that said I couldn’t try it on.

I love this store. My favorite is the sage selection and crystals, but there is so much more. Clothes, cards, incense, bags, jewelry and on and on. Love it!

I was disappointed with the lack of variety of their inventory, as well as the lack of customer service skills. I felt ignored as a customer and not very welcomed. The store is also very cramped, and I found myself walking into clothing displays while trying to walk around the whole shop. Its a good shop if youre looking for basic crystals and are willing to spend a little extra, but there are other shops in the surrounding area with more variety, better prices, and friendlier staff.

Do you all remember what Boulder USED to be like? Yeah, me neither. But Ive heard so many stories about Boulder being the hippie mecca. This shop feels to me what that old version of Boulder might have been like. Grateful Dead paraphernalia all over the walls and ceiling, crystals and gemstones as far as the eye can see, glassware, candles, tarot, incense, Sage + wildflower bundles, you name it, this shop has it!If that werent enough, the woman I met who was holding down the fort was this sunshiny lady whos friendliness is contagious. She somehow seems to know where every little thing is in the store, and she is more than happy to share her enthusiasm for life with you. Even if hippie stuff isnt your jam, you should pop in to get a taste of Colorado hospitality.I will be returning to completely empty my bank account on pretty crystals I so dont need, and you seriously should too! What a hidden gem!

What a horrible customer service experience. Absolutely no greeting from old woman behind the counter, complete silence when ringing us up (wouldn’t even look at us) and gave impression of just wanting our money and getting us out the door. We had been in the store and heard her being friendly to other customers, so it made us feel like we were unwelcome. Made me and my husband uncomfortable and we will not be returning. Absolutely unacceptable treatment and good luck staying open when you treat new customers like that!

Such a great little shop. I go here for presents often. Its by far the hippyest shop in town. Lots of cool (decent priced) crystals, tarot decks, tie dye shirts, grateful dead playing in the background, and metaphysically educated staff.

This local gem is a staple for me. They have a friendly staff with excellent customer service and the fact that they have outlived numerous competitors for over 20 years is proof of that. I personally like their incense and gem selection, though I always leave with something unexpected. Prices are very reasonable and you can expect a wide selection no matter what youre looking for.

LOVE THIS STORE. One of the last Boulder hippie icons. Yes, it is cluttered, and yes the staff isnt there to help you navigate sarongs, it is like a treasure chest you open and find mysterious wonders filled with sparkles and rainbows and incense. The staff is very knowledgeable, but they dont follow you around. Great prices! Excellent gifts for every occasion. They only place I go holiday shopping outside of the grocery store!

I was introduced to this shop last year by a good friend of mine. I was interested in the crystals sold here. Prices were reasonable and the selection was the best that Ive found on the Front Range. I went back last week and noticed the prices on the crystals had sort of gone way up. Some were reasonable but others had really escalated. I dont pay shipping when buying from this shop as opposed to Etsy but on Etsy I dont pay sales tax but pay very high Boulder County taxes here. So I guess it evens out in the end. Im disappointed that the prices have gone up so much. On the plus side, I have found the staff and the owner to be very knowledgeable and willing to help. Nevertheless, I guess Ill have to continue on my quest to find reasonably priced crystals.

Very affordable 4 boulder! Crystal and gem specimens, varying kinds of sage, basic metaphysical stuff ie: chakra bowls, insence, tarot cards and salt lamps. Id describe the clothing as hippy clothing aka tie dyed and flowy. Some pipes and bongs and supplies 4 smokers. Native american ritualistic items. Overall good vibes.
