Found two bottles they had available on drizly. Called ahead to make sure they had them in stock and that the price was right. They had the bottles and stated I could pick them up after work. When I arrived they stated I could only get one of the two they said I could originally have. Not only that but they changed the price so I had to pay over the amount that was listed on drizzly and the amount they told me on the phone. They knew I was coming to get them and they raised the price. The most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. Stay away from these thieves.

Never received my large order (went through Drizly). Their driver was mistaken and left it at the wrong apartment which wouldn’t have been the case if they checked an ID instead of leaving alcohol at the door. I get that it is a simple mistake to go to the wrong apartment in a giant complex, but this is also an easy issue to fix by refunding me instead of keeping my money. The person on the phone promised they would take care of it the next day and get back to me. Haven’t heard back from them or Drizly (who I filed an order issue with). Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company because they’re fraudulently charging me for merchandise I never received.Just wanted to warn y’all! Don’t support businesses like this.

They don’t answer their phone, instead reject calls upon ring. They reject business because they can’t handle responding to customers on multiple fronts. Losing money in many ways. Owner clearly has bigger issues going on.

Store is closed at 830pm and there is a sign saying be back in 5 min. Its been 10 minutes and no sign of anyone. Wont be coming back.

This place has gone completely downhill since new owners took over. I miss my gals Joanna and Jessy . The last four times Ive gone, the beers I was buying were not accurately priced- what shouldve been 12$ (based on labels) is now 25$. Ive pointed out multiple times which beers are mis priced and they are still not fixing them. Its a scam. And theyve been there for months now, so really yall should have a feel for the store. Its a pityy I used to love this place

Wine selection is one of best in town. If they dont have it they will order for you. Also craft brew selection is unbeatable. Owners are quiet but will halp if you need but also overheard new owner is taking over April 1st. Prices are cheaper on some things and more on others. As a whole they average out with everybody else in town. They are open early and late almost every day. Think I saw they close at 8 on Sunday but other days its open till 1030 and 1100. Only thing I would say is they might think about some music playing in the background. Its pretty quiet in there.

This is a great place. I am a regular customer and will continue to be so. The selection and staff are awesome. Amazing job Baileys!

Ive stopped in a few times because its convenient but I will not be going back. Id prefer to drive out of my way to shop elsewhere. Why do people own or work at wine shops when they dont know ANYTHING about wine? Their selection is sad (Safeways in California have better), horrible customer service, and prices are high. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I shop here fairly often, but that is because I live within walking distance. The prices are similar to any liquor store on Baseline Rd. If you want cheaper with bigger selection obviously go to Liquor Mart or Hazels.For the beer drinkers: if youre looking for a six pack of crafts, the prices are about the same as anywhere. Hit the bigger stores for better deals on the larger packs.

Worst costumer service I have experienced in a while! The prices are also more expensive than other liquor stores near by! I live right near this store and wish it was better because I would shop there more often. But with the last few experiences I have had I will NEVER shop there again! It switched either ownership or management in the Summer of 2013 ( I noticed a complete staff over hull) and I have noticed it has declined in quality both in terms of price and service since then.

This owner is rude! The selection is very basic! The worst service I have ever had. I wanted to spend money on a nice bottle of wine, but they had a very generic selection check out another place.

We returned to Baileys liquor store this year on our trip out west. As usual the staff was outstanding and we loved the craft beer portion best of all. You guys have really outdone yourselves.
