Nice place to get ice cream

My boyfriend and I had a very bad experience. As someone who worked in Starbucks, I would call this unsanitary. When we got out of the car, two men stared at us uncomfortably while getting out of the car. We ordered and got our ice cream. I also asked for a lid and the person put it on and said he couldnt due to the brownies. So, my ice cream melted. For my boyfriend, however the payment was declined multiple times before it went through. When we got home, I found A HAIR in my ice cream. Rude experience. If this had happened to me at Starbucks, I would have been fired.

Walked in at 12:55 p.m. stood up front for 5 minutes before anyone even came to take my order. I attempted to order a sandwich which was on their menu and was informed that they didnt have any food. Also attempted to order an orange Julius and was told they didnt have that either. The lady told me they dont usually serve food there and I asked why it was on their menu then and she said she didnt know. Very disappointing experience.

I come here often with my boyfriend. The people are nice and the ice cream good. Its no ben & Jerrys but it is good. It gets a little rowdy at night because of ask the college freshman but they usually keep to themselves.

Terrible customer service. Youd think places would appreciate you spending money in their establishment during these times. Especially with everyone closing doors permanently. Not this place.

Typical dairy queen. Its located right off the highway so its very convenient location for travelers. You cant go wrong with a blizzard or a dip cone.

Paid for a birthday cake for my roommate, end up being closed for two days.

I always get a mini blizzard and of course they had my favorite pumpkin pie. It came out upside down and perfect. Thank you so much for the treat!

Rude employee I ordered a blizzard ended up with vanilla ice cream no oreos and it was slid across counter to me rudely!!!

Friendly staff, fast service, delicious smoothies. I come here a few times a week and am always impressed by the professionalism and quality. Anselmo makes the best smoothies and blizzards in Boulder!

I came in because I had a gift card... but I was told that they didnt take gift cards. However there was a big label on the card scanner next to the register which read GIFT CARDS ONLY.... Makes no sense. So dont come in if you have a gift card. Service was fine otherwise

An American favorite, Dairy Queen has a special place in my heart. This particular one was typical of the franchise with one notable exception: the staff. The man at the counter was polite, conscientious and certainly one of the best DQ employees I have run across in quite a while!

Quick and easy to drop in for a blizzard or whatever your sweet tooth desires. But really, get a blizzard, theyre so good. My current favorite is the monster cookie blizzard.

Place is a real dump. Employees dont care at all. Just read magazines. Hardly ever see another customer. Ice cream good though. Employee uniforms are always baked with crude and dirt on them.

Don’t trust the open and close times they have online or on their front door. They decide to close early whenever they feel like it

Customer service ranges from really good to not very good. The ice cream is pretty tasty, though. Its a good place to get a quick dessert.

Said they were open until 10 they lied. My girlfriend wanted a banana split and didnt get one and now shes angry so thanks for nothing Dairy Queen. You had one job!!!

I went to dairy queen last night and the employees were extremely rude and distracted from the line of people that was waiting. The one heavyset woman with dark hair laughed in my face when I asked a simple question. I work in food service and would never dream of treating a customer that way.

By far the most appalling service I have ever received. The two employees working that night appeared to be very high and were wearing completely soiled uniforms. After making my friends Reeses blizzard and then mine, I politely asked the employee if she had cleaned the mixer in between, as I have a peanut allergy. She very rudely replied that she didnt and snapped that I should have said something before she made it, trying to make me feel guilty for her lazy corner-cutting. She carelessly cleaned the mixer by running it with a cup of water underneath, spraying it with chemical cleaner, and then barely wiping it off. Needless to say I did not end up eating that blizzard. There are PLENTY of other places to get ice cream in Boulder where youll be greeted with kindness and good service, and I will never be returning to this Dairy Queen again.

Really bad service! The employees are really sketchy and clearly don't care. I found a pubic hair in my ice cream last time I was there. Makes you think the owner clearly doesn't care. Too bad. Hopefully DQ will get involved soon!

The blizzards are very good as always. However, the last two visits there was only one employee working in the evening, which created a rather long wait.

Great staff very helpful

Just visited this location with my friend and the cashier asked us to leave because her signs were off. We walked in before 9 p.m. (yes it was 8:57) and she still told us to leave. Every visit seems to be worse and worse.

If you say youre open until 10, be open until 10.

Closed 10 minutes early=horrible customer service.
