Bought a torch for 25 bucks because they ordered too many purple ones. It malfunctioned about 3 weeks later and spewed butane out of the fill port whenever filled. Brought it back to show the guy and even though the price was now labeled 32 dollars he pulled one off the shelf and gave it to me no charge. I will be a regular

Customer service is always the best and I walk out feeling better than I did when I walked in. I wish I could have gotten the cashiers name because he really is an awesome service representative. Just went in to grab a puff bar.

I honestly want to rate this place higher because they have a great selection of papers and wraps and some nice glass peices but I honestly didnt feel safe after I walked in the store as the man working was coughing up a storm and not wearing a mask. Im not sure if he was sick but I didnt plan on sticking around to find out with Covid going around. Again they did have a good selection and I would likely recommend you stop in (with your mask of course) but they definitely should be mindful of their behavior during a pandemic.

Was in this shop the other day and got hooked up good... walked out the door with more than I expected.. great selection of local glass....... went back today 021120.. and got a cool new dabb setup still my favorite shop for all local glass pieces I highly recommend this shop for all your smoking needs 5+ Stars again

Love this place, by far the best head shop in Boulder. Their customer service is outstanding, the prices are fair, and they seriously hook it up. Their employees are awesome and super helpful, especially Zach, that dude is the best and theyre lucky to have an employee like him representing them. Overall I SERIOUSLY recommend checking it out if you havent already!

This place is awesome, my husband and I first came here on our honeymoon 4 years ago and now we live in Colorado and this is the best place by far. They have a great selection to choose from and by far the best pricing. Also the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Amazing place! I was at The Farm getting some dabs, and needed to find a place close to get a concentrate pen. This place was just a few minutes away.Upon entering, we were instantly greeted with a warm welcome. We told him our needs and he showed what he had, he showed me the Yocan Plus XL which I have owned before. (Gave it to someone who needed it more).He gave us a discount for 20% off for 4/20 despite it being 4/19.

Great knowledgeable staff, knew east coast blowers as well. Made me feel comfortable being an out of state shopper. Prices are fair for tourist area, selection is great. BTW...in mass, if you took a pipe to a shop to get repaired, no matter how clean...they escort you out, And or call the police. Thanks to Daniel for the service!

They have a good selection of vape juice and good quality glassware. Definitely worth checking out. I went in for high quality and inexpensive salt nic vape juice and I was not disappointed. Staff was super friendly and helpful too.

Really more of a head shop than a hydro store. But they do carry lots of small sizes Botanicare and some General Hydroponics nutrients. All in all pretty cool store.

The store itself seems fine. I had a bad experience with trying to get a piece of glass repaired where it was taking a long time and I wasnt getting truthful reports about its progress. The shop did reach out afterwards to try and make things right so they do care about their customers. I just wouldnt suggest using their glass repair service.

Theres no Hydro here dont waste your time unless you need a 5-ounce bottle thats something you dont use
