I had the best experience at your store on February 3, 2021. Christopher was able to do a stain match from a five year old stain for the new baseboards I needed to stain the very next day. He did an amazing job and he got it done in time for my project. Then, when I went to the store to pick up the stain, the manager explained exactly how to stain the baseboards and helped me with the correct products. He even told me how to clean the brushes and how to dispose of the paint thinner responsibly. For a novice person approaching a big project with a quick turn around, everyone at the store was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me the confidence I needed to complete my job! I highly recommend the staff and the products at this store.

George is incredibly knowledgable, patient, and our go-to guy everytime we take on a new painting project. He has helped us out in a pinch numerous times and always gives great advice when it comes to paint applications, gear, etc. I go out of my way to come to this store for his sage wisdom! Also, we are incredibly happy with every SW paint selection weve made. The Emerald line is amazing, whether interior or exterior and love both the sheen, performance, and colors weve selected. With each new project/color selection, we easily find ourselves staring at the newly painted walls somehow in love with a color.

Awful customer service. Awful. I walked out and took my business to the Valmont location. The guys at this location were beyond friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and just drive the extra 3 minutes for a better overall experience.

Janet was a huge help to us in choosing our paint colors. It was like getting professional color consulting advice for free! I brought in a photo of our house and the color of our exterior doors and she helped us narrow down a main exterior color plus trim to ensure that it all coordinated well. It looks awesome! Owners/operators, please know that I specifically chose to go to SW at this location over other paint stores in town specifically because of how helpful Janet was. She deserves a raise!

I wanted to give a special shout-out to the SW salesman who helped me. I explained that the gutter people were insisting on painting today even though it is cold. The salesman warned me against painting when it is too cold. (VivaxPros said the same thing.) Armed with this extra knowledge, I was able to convince the gutter people to wait until warmer weather to paint.Thanks SW in Boulder on Arapahoe! Not only was it a quick wait for my paint, but I got the exceptional quality service I always get from this location.
