We needed a 8 by 2 piece of glass installed between two rooms of our house for sound dampening. Toledo Glass came out measured the opening, and emailed me a very reasonable quote. Roy came out about 10 days latter did the install, he was friendly and efficient. Good service and a very fair price.

I usually don’t criticize or leave negative reviews but people should know this. Like many people mention the worst customer service. Very Unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t return calls, doesn’t show up to repair. Very frustrating.The manager got really defensive and started yelling at me when I called and went over the scheduling that they provided us and how they have been leaving us for 2 months. He even hung up on me during the call. How could you be a business manager/owner with such attitude/behavior? Hey, a simple, straight apology may make the situation better. Just clueless.

I am a small general contractor, I used Toledo Glass on a bathroom remodel project. Things went fine at the beginning, they came to measure the enclosure etc. The guys were knowledgeable and pleasant. However, the 7-10 day lead time became a 3-4 week lead time. The glass was not ordered correctly. They don’t make the glass in house. They didn’t have the correct hinges. The communication was poor and very little concern for my project or customers. Will not be using them in the future.

Amazing company with outstanding employees! My experience with Toledo Glass was very refreshing. I got my mirrors done and installed quickly, and they look great! Very nice group of people they have over in Boulder! Keep up the good work!

I had some regular glass for table tops and a desk top, they were very well spoken and precise with my measurements. I received an email letting me know the cost, and it was very prompt.I read the four reviews and I have no idea who these people were talking too, but the guys I spoke with were friendly.Thanks!

I normally dont do reviews, but Toledo Glass was able to complete my emergency storefront repair, so my customers werent interrupted. There wasnt another company in town that could get it done in the time frame I needed. Great work, definitely recommend.

The worst service I have ever seen. I am a GC and have worked with Toledo glass for years. They have never been great, but usually reasonable. I needed a small glass shelf and a custom sliding glass shower enclosure. Ordered the shelf and gave all the info to them about the enclosure. They said they would call me in a few hours. 3 days later I called back. they said no one was there that could help me and they would call me back. 2 days later I call again and get someone that can place the order.2 days after the shelf is suppose to be in I go to pick it up. They have no idea where it is and will call me when they find it. 2 days later I call back, they havent found it yet and will call me back. The next day I call back, they have no idea where the shelf is but have reordered it. It will be ready in a few days.I pick up the shelf and shower enclosure and take them to the job site. I have designed the tile work thinking I am going to have side rails that mount to the wall and asked for. There are none provided, instead there are cheesy plastic adhesive strips. I call toledo glass and am told by 2 people that there is no one there that can help me or even let me know if they can even get the side rails. I am told they will call me back ASAP. I have never heard anything from them........I called them 7 times in 2 weeks each time they say they will call me back, never have they called me back or helped in any way.

Wont return calls. Never did get them to do any of the work they quoted. Delayed our project by weeks.Time wasters. Rude. Unprofessional. Obnoxious. Slow. Can not imagine how they manage to stay in business. Run away!

This was the worst place ever!!! I just got off the phone with tod the manager. He had given me the wrong bid three times and when I tryed to clarify what he was saying so I could better understand the issue. He got really defensive and became angry and acted very rude and began to yell at me and told me he did not want my business. So unprofessional! They Couldent get the bid right or plan itself. They wouldn’t ever call me back, lost my email so that had to be sent over and over. When there installers came up to measure they did bring batteries to power there equipment and so I had to supply them. Like I said soooo unprofessional!! And after all that they still messed up the plan and bid. When I asked why, tod the manager yelled at me for a while and then said he did not want my business. He actually said he felt justified in yelling at me like some how this was my fault. Who conducts business like this!! Please learn from my mistake and never go to this place!!!

Walked in and got a good piece of glass in about 10 minutes for a good price.

Ive purchased same pieces of glass other places in Boulder, here they are prompt and the price is much cheaper and the glass is exactly what I asked for. Will likely just purchase here from now on.

6 months and the window screens dont even fit right. Had a hail storm in december that chewed up the wind screens, they came out the next week and told us, It will be just a couple days. The week after we called and they said they had to order parts...for window screens? (The material is readily available at any hardware store) The problem now was they had the frames and I had signed a contract. Hounded them for 6 months and.... Got them today, and they dont fit right. Not sending them back.... not sure I can tolerate a year of closed windows.

They were very rude and unprofessional! i will never go back or recomend these people to anyone.
