Everything went well with Red Rocks Locksmith from my first call through the completion of the job that Yves did for us. Just needed the front door lock re-keyed, but it all went very smoothly. The receptionist was friendly and helpful when I first called, and Yves called me back within 10 minutes to schedule for an afternoon appointment. He called ahead before arriving, as we had agreed, was on time, friendly, and professional, and the price seemed reasonable to me. I didn’t even get the name of the technician, that is how unprofessional this company was. The technician called and said he would be 20 minutes. he took 40 minutes to arrive, so already very late. he was unprofessional looking, he did not give his name or greet, looked like he had a friend in the passenger seat who was waiting for him. I have a 2005 white mazda 6, that i simply locked my keys in. he went over my information, added up whatever fees and service charges, and told me my total would be 130 dollars. this is an extremely outrageous price, he quickly had me sign and it took approximately 30 seconds for him to use his tool to get my car unlocked. 130 dollars for him to be very late and to do extremely minimal labor. he then took my card information by writing it down manually on his phone. this entire interaction was a huge scam. never never use this service please, they are terrible!!!!

My friends and I got locked out of our car and the key snapped. We were helped by a lovely gentleman named Roy/Roi. Roy/Roi was very kind and communicative through the whole process, and came very quickly despite our difficult circumstance. We had an old weird car model, and he was still able to help with a perfect match! Definitely a good and reliable service, especially with Roy’s wonderful help!

We waited for 2 hours and they told us it would only take 45 minutes. The locksmith did not answer any calls and showed up after we called the main number several times. The locksmith was very unprofessional, did not give us his name and had a passenger in the car. He got the car unlocked in about 10 seconds and then proceeded to charge us 150$ when we were estimated 80-100$. Then he drove off without giving us a receipt or anything. I called the main phone number for an online receipt and they told us the order was cancelled and it was not their technician. They also said that it mustve been a different company when we never called a different company. They said they would call their locksmith to clarify and they didnt call back. Looking at other reviews I see that others had the same issue, so this is clearly a scam. Im going to dispute the charge with the credit card company because this is a scam. I recommend using a different company. Edit: I did more research and the locksmith scam is a very common issue. This company gives themselves fake 5 star reviews which hides all the real one star reviews. You can tell because all of them are worded very similarly and theres almost a thousand of them. Also Im getting more transactions on the card so its clearly a scam, no doubt about it.

Fast and efficient. Opened our back door because it had failed and we couldnt open it. Within 20 min he had the door open and installed a new lock.

The service was prompt and effective. Roi replaced and rekeyed 6 locks on my doors. Roi showed up a little after the agreed upon time, but called before to warn me and ask if the delay was okay. Roi were quick in inspecting and coming up with a quote. Then it took about an hour for the full installation and rekeying, just like Roi predicted. It is all of one day later, but I am satisfied with the service.

Had a great experience with Roi. Got locked out of my house and he helped us get back in and set up a new deadbolt. Really nice and very helpful. Will definitely be calling back for the next time we need help with our locks.

Red Rocks Locksmith saved us two days ago!We came home from a trip and realized we were locked out of our house. I saw all the excellent reviews that RRL had on Google so we gave them a call. Within 30 minutes, Roi was at our place helping us get the door open. Super nice guy and extremely professional.Id recommend these guys to anybody!

STAY AWAY at all costs. Started off on the wrong foot when I was told a locksmith was 10-15 minutes away. Ended up taking over an hour. Already frustrated when he arrives. Next, he shows up expecting to charge me $39 fee for showing up and $149 for labor. Considering I was quoted at $29 fee for showing up and UP TO $35 for labor depending on the way he had to unlock the car. In the end, was stuck with no choice other than to pay the $200 and move on with my day after sinking 2 hours into this process. I would HIGHLY recommend looking for a different locksmith.

Called them at 9:00 pm on a Sunday and promptly made an appointment that night. (They even let me reschedule to the following morning after my initial contact with no problem). Roi came the following morning and made an entirely new transponder key for my car in less than 30 minutes. Prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes I got in the area. We got locked out of our car while visiting our son in Boulder last weekend. We called several locksmiths and all were going to be 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes before they would get to us. One person was going to be coming from Greeley! It was cold outside and with covid we couldn’t go inside and wait anywhere. Luckily we found Red Rocks Locksmith. Our technician Josh called right away and could meet us in less than a half hour. He had us back in our car writing just a couple minutes of arriving and even provided us a discount since it was such a quick job. If you get locked out don’t call one of the big ad companies. Call someone local!!!
