My lash lift and tint has never turned out this good! I have thick, long lashes that never hold the perm but they have never looked this good after a lift! I could tell they take their time and make sure to do the best job they can do for the customer

Highly recommend! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Darius who was so professional, kind, and very knowledgeable when I had questions about products and services. Then my lash technician, Ariana, was so amazing! She walked me through the different looks and styles before the appointment and helped me decide on one that best fit me. Overall she was very skilled and so sweet throughout! And even after a few weeks my lashes still look full and beautiful.

I cannot say enough good things about The Lash Lounge! Best prices around, friendly staff, luxurious setting, and mostly importantly my lashes always turn out amazing and they last great up until my 2 week touchup! Ive been to Alexis and Rosey at this location and I highly recommend both of them. Ive also been to the Westminster location and they also did an amazing job. Darius was super personable over the phone and in person and made sure my appointment happened without a flaw. And Revae made my next to nothing eyelashes look natural and full without looking fake for my upcoming wedding. She was gentle and responded quickly at one point when I was uncomfortable to be sure I felt safe. This is my second time to visit to the lash lounge (and my second time ever getting lash extensions)and I requested Revae after she did such a good job a year ago. Great job guys!

I loved the gentleness of Revaes lash tinting process. When Ive had it done at other places, Ive experienced a lot of burning with the application, but not with Revae. And I loved the blow drying of my lashes at the end!This was my first time at Lash Lounge. I felt welcomed by Darius from the moment I walked in. It was a wonderful experience.

Then Victoria from the Boulder location reached out to me and helped me book an appointment at Boulder that fit my schedule! I am so thankful for her! She answered all the questions I had and was so so sweet. She provided such great customer service, she was my life saver today!

It is a pleasure to have Martha, Darius, Rosie and Jade welcome me and give me a beautiful look! Its a special treat and I also feel reassured that it is spotlessly clean!

I had a wonderful experience at the Lash Lounge in Boulder. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. My lashes turned out better than I could have ever expected, I got a hybrid set and Revae made them look SO flattering to my eye shape. The space was also so beautiful and clean. I cannot wait to come back in the future!

I have tried to have lash extensions a couple times in the past years. I have a VERY hard time holding still while my lower lashes were being taped down so they were not in the way for the stylist and the stylists at the other salons have become irritated to the point that I stopped going. I always explain my concern up front and when I entered The Lash Lounge, I again voiced my concern. The receptionist said it was not an uncommon concern and that they would take the time necessary to make sure I was comfortable - which they DID!!!! I LOVE my lash extensions and hope that I have found the perfect salon and stylist to help me look my best for years to come.

This place was amazing. I’ve had last extensions before at other places but I was done in less than a third of the time here and they look much more natural. Revae was also extremely gentle and attentive when it came to making sure I was comfortable and nothing was poking. It’s very modern, clean, and has a good overall vibe. I would definitely recommend.

I got a volume extreme full set from Revae. Not sure if I’ve ever had a better lash experience. She was very gentle and precise. Everything about the service and value was top notch. I live in Denver, but today I’ve officially made the decision to drive up to this location from now on. Thanks so much!!

I got the classic set of lashes here about a month ago and it was a wonderful experience! Revae was so helpful in helping me decide what style I wanted and I was so happy with the result, they lasted so long and stayed in tact for even longer than I expected, I will definitely be returning to the Boulder location!

Beautiful space. Lovely ladies! Very professional. Highly recommended for all your lash needs.However- it should be noted they offered everyone a free gift for writing a review and then you have to show it to them so most 5 star reviews were because they pressured us to do so. Also they were offering a REALLY good intro price so I paid $25. After 2+ hours I had to come back for another 2 hours to finish so not sure what that’s about... Still a clean place with friendly staff just felt I needed to be upfront.

Edit: they did, in fact refund my money. That is a good business model. I wasnt quite aware of what happened until I was home trying to explain to my husband how I spent more than I intended. I very much appreciate the diligence and do suggest the customer service of the place.Was told I would be doing the $25 promo for the stylists in training. I ended up being charged $156. I had a service done so I paid nonetheless, but a little disappointed that I wasn’t told the details of the service and cost. I was also told the $25 promo is for training purposes so the lash retention wouldn’t be as great. That was fine with me, as I didn’t need them on long, and they were cheap. Everyone was kind and the lashes look fine, but I’m a bit disappointed in the money I spent. It isn’t the end of the world, but just be wary if you do want to get this done.

Lash Lounge takes Covid precautions seriously and the staff is always pleasant, professional and friendly.

I went in today to get a lash lift. The manager was super sweet, explained everything in detail. I was scheduled with Annie K. and within 15 minutes of prepping, my vertigo kicked into high gear and I couldnt continue. I was super embarrassed but both Annie and the manager were extremely understanding and so kind. He offered me to reschedule, which I did. I will definitely be going back because the customer service alone was amazing. Its also a beautiful salon- its clean, aesthetically pleasing and just all around a nice place. Thank you Lash Lound of Boulder for being so amazing!

Clean and customer oriented service. As a women of color I felt welcome which is not always the case in the esthetic local businesses. The only feedback I have (which is mostly a personal preference) is in regards of the music -it wasnt very mellow for me to relax once the process started:) but the results were incredible and if that is the music that inspires your stylists right on! Gracias!

Charged nearly $300 for a full classic extreme, which looked good when I left, that night, I lost over 7+ lashes. Never had that happen on the first day., looked like week 3 on day 2. I called The next morning to get touch-up before I left for several weeks, but they couldn’t get me in. So, that was a big waste.

Revae was very patient and kind and the gal at the front desk was so helpful. She went out of her way to help me and was very professional and sweet.

I took my girlfriend into The Lash Lounge, she said when she walked in the place was very clean. She said it was beautiful and that her artist was great. However when i came in and wanted to see her they wouldnt allow me to. So that was wierd. Other than that it was a pleasant wait plus the receptionist was from Texas. So theres a bonus.

The whole experience felt like it was a lash factory. I went in as a new client for a full set, and Sarah took less than 50 minutes on my lashes. They turned out uneven and the whole thing felt rushed and really uncomfortable. One eye has twice as many lashes as the other, and then they tried to get me to become a member. It was so unpleasant and unprofessional. Would go out of my way to warn people not to go there.
