Awesome experience! I was desperate for shipping boxes and Mail Station had exactly what I needed. Super friendly and efficient staff and the prices were very reasonable even for my small purchase (just 5 boxes). Im relieved to have a local option for packaging!

Absolutely outstanding service! I came in today for the first time ever and I was back out *within a minute* with everything handled in exemplary manner. Ill definitely be returning for future mailing and shipping needs.

I came in on Monday 11 May 2020 and at first, I was the only person in the store.I then went to what I thought was an easy process of returning one item and shipping another.I can only state that every choice I made was the wrong one and by the time the poor clerk had finished walking me through the process, there was a line.I was the cause of a lot of people having a longer experience then they needed and not once did the poor guy behind the counter lose his composure, not once did he snap at any of the customers behind me, he did his job and he did it well and he even made sure not to openly mock my idiocy.Thank you for making my day easier, when I made yours harder and my stuff, that could have taken a week or longer during this pandemic took (2) days.

This is a overall really neat place. It has PO boxes, sends certified and registered mail. Has comic books and knick knacks. A fun place. They have cute stamps and it is a alternative to the post office.

The staff are efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, and can help with packing. They sell all sizes of boxes, envelopes and padding/filler you could need. They will give you the best /price and shipping options. And, if you’re a collector, the store has many interesting items to peruse.

Extremely nice people, have lots of knowledge about the items I bring in. Really enjoy coming in and I recommend this place to many people. More then just a mail station.

Decent overall experience, but could not make my $7 purchase due to a $10 credit/debit card minimum so I ended up having to leave and go elsewhere. Sad to see this business turning away customers because they wont pony up the cost for a credit card machine. This is 2017, figure out how to accept modern money!

Ive been a customer and box holder here since just after they opened 20 years ago. I travel extensively and had a dual residence in Alaska for a while and Robbie and the staff have been incredibly helpful over the years with forwarding and proviing a general above and beyond level of service. I live in Lyons and still keep this as my primary mailing service given the level of trust that I have that important things will wind up in my box. Services and materials are reasonably priced and its fun to browse the Collections store. Thanks for everything!

I will drive well out of my way to send my packages from this location. They take their time and help me find the best way to package and send my family gifts. They never try and gouge the prices and are always so friendly. I hate shipping things off and they make it an enjoyable experience!

I had an extremely bad experience with the manager of the UPS Store down the street while trying to mail Christmas gifts. I left and found Mail Station almost by accident. The gentlemen at the Mail Store were friendly, helpful and professional. They have my business from now on. Thank you.

I have actually had pretty decent experiences at the Mail Station. It is about a block from my office, so I use it pretty frequently, rather than driving down to the Valmont USPS office. I know they charge an extra fee of some sort to mail from the Mail Station since its not a dedicated USPS office, but in my experience it has been worth the extra buck or two since I dont have to wait in the unbearable lines at the USPS office, and I dont have to deal with the very rude staff at USPS. Sure, the Mail Station folks are a little spotty -- sometimes I wait up front for a minute for someone in the back to realize theres a customer waiting, and sometimes the guy running the desk is not as efficient or friendly as I would like -- but over all, I am willing to deal with these inconveniences rather than going to the USPS. Though I find their prices to be a bit high, they also carry some cool gift items and DVDs in the store.
