The driver didn’t see the address and yelled at me on the phone when it was his fault for not seeing the house. It was very unprofessional.

My arrangement did not arrive until after 6 pm. To a BUSINESS address.I called the store at 4:24 pm since I had not received delivery notification and the young woman on the phone did not seem concerned. I let her know the recipient works til 5, to which I got no response.This is the second time I have used edible arrangements and the second time I’ve had delivery issues.Maybe the people hired at the franchises are not following the corporate business model, I can’t imagine heading out after 4 pm with deliveries to businesses is what corporate had in mind. If I was planning to do business with the company again I might contact them next. But nah, 2 strikes. I’m done.

I ordered an arrangement with balloons and extra chocolates for my husband for his birthday. I ordered 48 hours in advance. I called our local store the morning of the delivery to ask about the expected time of delivery because he was going to only be at the office within a certain smaller time frame (not 9-5). The request was noted and they delivered within that time frame. I was and am very appreciative of that customer service.

I bought an arrangement for a patient of mine who just lost her companion dog. I had it delivered to her place and they just left it in the hall on the floor!! Because they couldnt find the apartment, which I gave specific instructions, isnt or shouldnt be hard to find. I nor my patient are happy whats so ever! I want my arrangement i payed for and to be refunded. Totally not ok

The selection I made online and the one that was delivered to the recipient were two different things. Although the one that was sent still looked delicious it was not the one I had picked.

Beautiful arrangement and the recipient thoroughly enjoyed and was happy to share with the nurses and family. Brought joy and personal connections through sharing to someone in a really tough life situation.

Delivery was not as pictured on website with the number cutout I ordered falling down before arrival. Local store called back and was very helpful and refunded a portion of the order.

The manager Dianna is so rude and by far the worst experience and customer service that i have ever had. My order was not delivered and 3 days later still no results! I will never do business with this location again.
