If I could give this place negative stars I would. Everything was great until the electrician asked for more detailed measurements for the cabinets from Warehouse Sales. The only measurements I received from the rep I worked with (whose name is Yvonne) were on graph paper and it only showed the width of the cabinets. I emailed Yvonne and asked if she could provide more detailed measurements. She emailed me a pic of the exact same plans on graph paper with only the width of the cabinets. Thank God for the electrician because he figured out that the measurements that Yvonne took were incorrect. They were 8 inches off and they would have covered part of a floor to ceiling window. I was out of the country on business when this discovery happened so my significant other called Yvonne and told her the measurements were incorrect. Warehouse Sales would not come out and remeasure and took no responsibility for their mistake. If it wasnt for the electrician, I would have had cabinets delivered that would have covered part of a floor to ceiling window. When I got back into town, I called Yvonne and she was adamant that she measured correctly. The people at Warehouse Sales do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I always get the best service from Yvonne and Tammy! They are my go to gals for the past 20 years! They know their cabinets and counters and hardware ... And designing with real people in mind - like which way a cabinet should open and how deep drawers should be to be functional! They have given every project their full 200% effort to make it easier on me. They will tell you the exact kind of quality youre getting from the wide variety of manufacturers. No sugar coated sales pitch! I wont use any one else for my remodeling projects!

Rude, absolutely rude. I talked to 2 people, one was in a hurry and short. Next day I talked to the owner (this is how she advertised herself - Roberta). Conversation turned into her slowing her speech down like I am too dumb to comprehend. I wonder where all these good reviews came from. If she talks in such condescending manner strange that she has any business at all. The problem was that I was asked to make a 3 call back with another piece of information for them. They cannot get their act together of listing everything what they need to start a conversation on a first try. Roberta was so fond of herself that she was not able to hear anything what I was saying. Her answers were I do not know whom you talked to yesterday (like they have 100 people working there) and when I opened my mouth to answer she interrupted me again. Wow! I wonder how much business you would have by arguing with your potential customers.

Kitchen renovations are a HUGE project! The day I went to Warehouse Sales and met with Roberta, I really knew one of the big pieces had slipped into place. She wasnt just there to take my order, but to listen, and help me make an even better plan. The partnership truly made a better kitchen, and we LOVE it!!! (And it doesnt hurt that the cabinets are great quality at really good prices!)

I really wish that my husband and I had had a good experience with cabinet shopping here but we did not. Before we came here, we visited Absolutely Cabinets, Inc. and Budget Home Supply. The staff at these places were receptive to our desire to use a basic line of cabinets for our mud and laundry rooms to keep costs down, openly discussed price differences between product lines and features, and gave us written quotes before we left. In the case of Absolutely Cabinets, Orin even improved on our original design to save us money. Expecting this same level of service and professionalism here was a mistake. Yvonne relied on her 30+ years in sales to steer us into more expensive cabinet lines and features than we wanted. When we tried to discuss price differences she became defensive and acted personally offended. When we protested that we had had exactly these same discussions at other businesses with clear results, her co-worker opined that our persistent questions about price, and the lack of transparency about price, were rude. In a team effort they likely perfected in a dinner theatre act, Yvonne took this as her cue to yell If you want cheap cabinets go to Home Depot! Of course we left. Left without a quote --- stunned and reflecting on how lucky we were to discover the other two cabinet vendors who treated us honestly and in a business-like way.
