EOS is a fantastic mechanic — they are really invested in working WITH the customer to provide quality service.I had an issue with my 9-5 while visiting from out of state, and EOS really went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Christine is very transparent and communicative; she called frequently with status updates and to gather more information that might speed up the repair. And Bear is a true craftsman — not only did he identify the issue immediately, but he did a fantastic job of showing me the failure point and walking me through the potential solutions. I would highly recommend EOS to all Saab owners!

Bear, the shop owner really is a master of his craft. He was able to diagnose a problem with my Saab 9000 no one else could figure out. In addition to his mechanical know-how Bear is friendly and fun to talk to.

East of Sweden Boulder is an excellent place. I was visiting Boulder for the summer when my Saab 9-5 decided to blow up a piston. Being a Saab lover, I couldnt part with my beloved vehicle. Christine and Bear worked with me through a pretty complicated motor build that took about 23 days. (A very short time considering what was done). They were both patient and knowledgeable. Christine is an amazing communicator. She kept me posted every step of the way. I think we spent about 10 hours on the phone together. Bear seems to really know his stuff. All in all, I trust these people to be fair with replacing only parts that actually need replacing as well as to be fair with pricing. The price I paid was not likely a reflection of the hours they spent working on my car. Thanks to EOS, I was able to afford getting my car back on the road and complete the 1500 mile drive back home. I will be back one day.

EOS is where you should bring your Saab if you love your vehicle for what it is and not just for what it does. From the initial phone call through the end of your service you are for sure in good hands. I had the opportunity to sit with Christine and speak with her while waiting for my 9-5 to have its transmission serviced and as a result will likely never take my vehicle anywhere else. EOS has built relationships globally with suppliers (and customers for that matter) and because of this they are able to truly offer their customers the best value for the work performed. Christine is an information powerhouse and unlike many other places I have experienced in the past, she does not hoard this information. Many Saabs will likely stay on the road for a very long time all across the world due to the knowledge base and subsequent spread of knowledge from this shop. More businesses should strive for this kind of customer service.

This is a little family-owned shop: mom, Christine, runs the desk and her sons are the mechanics. Ive had about 5 experiences with them to address issues with an aging Saab, and Im convinced that they are fair and would never gouge me. Depending on your disposition, they can usually use their broad networking in the industry to find used parts (if they are equally suitable to new parts) to bring the bill down. Their labor charge is a flat $89 per hour, but they are exact and efficient in their diagnosis and repairs. Theyve definitely earned my repeat business!

I feel like honest, helpful, and high-quality mechanics are hard to find. EOS fits all three of these descriptors, and I wouldnt take a Saab anywhere else. Ive brought my Saab 9-3 to them for many years, and they always fix it up more quickly and more cheaply than I would have imagined. Since they specialize in Saabs, their knowledge of the vehicles and their ability to find parts is unparalleled. They also only recommend repairs and services that the car actually needs, which is great if youre like me and tend to cave in under sales pressure. This place is great. I received multiple quotes from different auto body shops for work on an aftermarket headlight kit that were nearly $1,000. They were able to do it for 1/10 of the cost. Fast, Efficient, Friendly and most of all trust worthy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This shop is absolutely fantastic! I came in for an airbag recall & had them fix something else while I was there. Not only did they quote a fair price but they had it fixed really quickly and have since been really helpful with other issues as well!

Been here a couple times with my 2010 Saab 9-3. The service has been great. They are very upfront about cost and time frame. I had been quoted $1,000 for a repair at a different local shop then decided to check it EOS and they resolved the issue for $250. They will be my mechanic as long as I own a Saab.

I wouldnt bring my Saab anywhere else! The staff here are always so nice and friendly, and they tell you what needs to be done and what can wait, a huge help for a broke college student like me! I highly recommend going here if you have a Saab, or any other make for that matter. Plus the rates are super reasonable.

Sorry to add another 5 star review...but it is what it is. These people are the exception to the usual sad rule. Expect to get ripped-off?....Sorry, wont happen here. Expect to pay too much for an unnecessary service? Once again, you will be disappointed. What you WILL get is the attention, respect, and expertise of an extraordinary group of people dedicated to keeping your car on the road. I have owned a shop myself in the mid 90s and can speak with some authority on this matter.In 30 years of dealing with technicians and shop owners in different capacities; as customer, peer shop etc., I have only twice had any other shop approach the level of courtesy and selfless attention to a customers needs. If I could add a star, I would. Go there and be at ease that you will receive top-notch service at an extremely reasonable price.One other thing worth mentioning....This is NOT the same business as the East of Sweden in Broomfield, CO. Long story, but they are technically related, but under different ownership and operate under vastly different principles of customer service. THIS is the shop that you want to patronize.By the way, this is a family owned business. May not matter to some, but is just another perq to me. Translation is that everyone that you deal with, literally has a stake in the business. Think about that for a minute, along with the long list of nothing but 5 star reviews.

Got quoted at other multiple shops 1200+ for a clutch change for my 93 i got quoted 750 here, also has done some other work always honest and does not try to screw you over like alot of other shops do. Always knowlegable on saab

My 96 VW jetta blew a rear drum wheel bearing nearby, day after the 4th of July 2013, a Friday.I was partially prepared to fix the problem myself, but I required assistance.The receptionist and mechanic were both friendly and courteous, ready and willing to help me get back on the road with little profit to them.The receptionist tried her best to source parts on that post holiday Friday, and the mechanic did his best to assist in getting my car rolling(pulled race from spindle).I was back on the road within an hour of their help.Competent, friendly, ready-and-willing to help > very rarely do you find this combination at an automotive repair shop.

Bear is the best and most fair Saab mechanic working. If you have a Saab that needs work, go to EoS.
