We called Choice on the recommendation of my in-laws and eventually were linked to a sales representative for a new door. This sales representative (Robert) came out and helped me get the car out of the garage that day and got us set up towards a new garage door system so it hopefully wont happen to us again. Kim came out to repair our tired garage door. He quickly accessed the door system coming to a solid solution. He replaced the spent rollers , adjusted the springs and oiled it up. The door was very loud and too heavy for my opener. The solution made for an easy lifting door that’s so much quieter. The most important thin was the new roller. In the replacement he fount two rollers completely separated from the axle. The door could have come crashing off the track. Binge safety issue. All this and he came out a day early.
