I live in Austin, my parents live in BC. I bought them a Nixplay frame for their 50th wedding anniversary. We needed help setting it up to receive pictures from friends and family. Larry was able to work with me remotely while at their home to get the frame up and loading pictures! He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his calm demeanor and expertise!
