I had a very good experience at Verizon. Lulu was very helpful and got me set up with a new phone. As a former massage therapist I noticed they are sitting on very uncomfortable chairs definitely not ergonomic designed for long hours. Please purchase these employees some good chairs!😃👍🏼

Came into the store twice and Joseph the Store Manager was great on each occasion. Very patient, transparent, and didnt try to sell me every thing in the store. I havent been a fan of Verizon since they ripped me off for a couple thousand dollars back in the early 2000s. I was being charged overage fees that wouldnt have existed if I was on the right plan. There were so many plans to choose from years ago. I just felt that after being a loyal customer for a decade that they could have let me know I was on the wrong plan. Oh well. Live and Learn. I will say this though, they have the best coverage. Thats a fact!

Andi did a great job of fixing my issues with my phone. The mic wasnt working and she found out that it wasnt a hardware issue but a network issue. Problem solved. Phone working again.

I stopped in Friday November 1st. My Samsung Galaxy Note 8 text to speech wasnt working correctly. The little girl behind the desk informed me that I need to shut my phone off over night I ask her why? Her response Because thats what you have to do! At no time did she look at my phone or try to fix it instead she told me that I needed to upgrade and that will fix all of my problems.She was very rude demanding and unprofessional.
