Max who runs the store is such a sweetheart! So helpful, filling carrying & carting heavy water bottles to my car. Great product too, is heads over local public utility water! Tastes great and much less expensive in the long run.

Always super friendly staff. Ive had disputes with the change dispursed at the 24hr dispenser. But never enough to bring it up during business hours. Shop LOCAL!

Easier and more convenient than the water dispenser. I comenin with about 10 bottle so full up takes no more than ten minutes, very polite and courteous...

Living in Boulder City I was pretty stoked to have this shop not far to get decent priced water. Unfortunately my last experience here was less than ideal. After finishing filling my water jugs I was in the car about to leave when a older man I have never encountered there walked out and flagged me to roll down the window. When I ask him what the concern was he accused me of breaking the water machine. I was shocked because I just used the water machine and it was just fine? He said the water container I used was too large for his machine and that I’ve broken it. I told him I’d show him my bottle fits but instead of talking about the situation he had a big man fit, huffed and puffed, waved his hands through the air and walked away. Needless to say this guy was a total a-hole and I won’t be coming back no matter how many nice encounters I’ve had here. Get rid of this clown because he’s only hurting your business.

Nice people and good prices

Went to the water store to get water on Saturday at 2:45. The employee told me it’s not fair to come in just before closing and told me not to come at that time again. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Telling a customer not to come to your store during business hours!?? Why even be open if your not going to serve your customers.We also had some floaters in 25 gallons of water we bought last time and I showed it to him. He said it must have been our bottles. We paid the water store to clean our water jugs last time. All he said was he paid 3500$ for new filters. We dumped out all 25 gallons of water. BOULDER IS A SMALL TOWN!

This place is amazing. The filtration system thats inside the store is state of the art. Very kind people and have a lot of inventory to choose from. Water tastes great and they also have a 24 hour, self help, water fill up station. Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable owner helped us out so we were hydrated and ready for all the trails we were going to hit!
