Clean store and prices are way better than Mayuri or India supermarket. The collection of items is not as good as other Indian grocery stores.

They usually have a stock of everything thats needed. Love the home delivery option as well. The staff is excellent and call and check with you for any replacements.

I have been a regular customer of Apna Bazar, Bellevue. There has always been issues with displaying prices upfront but recently I have noticed most of the items are at the wrong place switched with other item also prices are not updated at all, be ready to see hikes prices at the counter.You will find a lot of variety of Atta and Rice but prices are not displayed, so if you want to choose a product based on price and compare with others, you can’t!

Big fan of apna bazaar, variety is very good. I like it better than Mayuris.

Neat clean and well stocked store for Indian groceries

Today I was shocked to see that they were doing tile replacement work inside the shop, there was so much dust all over the place but still the shop was open. Check these photos. There is a thick layer of dust settled on the packed items. And there were so many vegetables lying next to all the dust. The cleaning workers were wearing a mask due to the dust, but the entire shop was operating as if its normal. Is this even allowed as per health and food safety standards?Also, sometimes I have noticed that they keep packed items (which requires refrigeration) just on the boxes outside the shop. These people have absolutely no quality and customer care. The only reason they survive is because of lack of competition in this area. Whatever items you can get in some other place like Fred Meyer or Safeway, get from there.

Most of the items are stale and very old. If you look at the packaging either they dont have a date of manufacturing or they will put a date of best by which will be a year or two from date of purchase. Who wants to buy an item which is a year old? I think the stuff which no one buy in India is being sold for cheap here. I have got a aata pack which 1 year old. Avoid buying from Indian stores here if you care about your gut. In reply to response from the comment from the owner I would like to ask why there is a need to conceal date of packaging or not to mention it? I dont think any regulation will ask to conceal date of manufacturing. For example if you go to stores like Safeway you will not see a bag of chips which is so old. Bottom line os why keep stuff which is not fresh. I think its about getting it for cheap.

+3 stars because they were one of the stores which didnt hike price during covid.Also it carries almost all essential Indian food items with delivery and pick up options.-2 stars because of the congestion and placement of so many items in such a small store. Additionally, you cannot maintain social distancing no matter how hard you try. Its not set up for those things.We generally go to Indian Supermarket but its just easy for us to park in the middle of Freddie and Apna Bazar and get done with both the places. Something to consider if you are not too picky about congestion.

This is a smaller store than typical indian stores but easy to navigate and checkout quickly. Also offer deliveries and an online catalog which has been extremely convenient during covid times.

I ordered online. I got dosa batter instead of idly batter. The batter was not good. This has happened second time.. first time I got a plastic piece. Devi idly batter is not good. The shopper didnt do a good job. The instructions were not followed for a single item..

I like Redmond apna bazar. This apna bazar has less products. Products are damaged or less quality. Check the image i put, a cake is spoiled so bad that its filled with fungus.Update on June 17 2019i brought vegetable oil. and it is expired. how can people sell expired products?. isnt breaking law?

I went to this place twice. The first time I went, they had next to nothing in organic lentils and I was quite disappointed.I decided to give it another try and went again. This time, they had a much larger collection of organic items. For now, I would blame the covid situation for the unpredictability.The store overall is clean and well laid out. I have lived on east and west coast. This store is cleaner than most other stores in US, but the options for Indian snacks are not that great. Still, much better than other stores in the area.The employees are courteous and well mannered.

OMG! So many spices at AMAZING prices. A bunch of other Asian foods that I dont know what are, too. Ill be back, for sure.

Much better then some other alternatives especially in terms of quality and price. Some other places are either bad in quality or they charge almost 20-30% more e.g. fire crackers.

Crowded. People, including staff did not seem to bother about social distancing or wearing masks properly. The line for billing for long and inefficient. The cost of items was more as compared to other stores

Nice and clean place. But quantity of items is always low or none for things I need. Not sure if things just fly of the shelf or poor inventory management.

This place is a disaster. These people sell expired maggi packets. I have been there recently to purchase maggi (sep 28,2018) and they are selling stuff that is one year old. Always be cautious while purchasing goods from this store

Do not do online orders. They dont have the inventory they claim to have and remove items from the order without notification. I got home to notice half my order wasnt there.

Apna Bazaar is not maintaining cleanliness during these COVID times.. one employee had no mask and was made to wear mask by management. Carts are not cleaned regularly and they feel dirty to touch.An employee was cleaning the floor without observing social distancing and with mask not covering his nose. When I brought this up he looked at me as if I had dropped from another planet!Feels stressful to shop in this store during these times. Unfortunate since this is the only good Indian store in the area.

It is very clean and a good store but the reason for one star is the salespeople over there. One of them didnt know English and the others are not professional. The price tags dont match product. I bought a bag of rice which showed $ 10.99 and a peanut for $ 6.99 but they charged me $ $25. When I called they said rice was $ 15.99 and a different price for peanut. They said they must correct the tags but didnt adjust the prices. I will not go there agai

Poor coustmer service

The store is really well organized. It was clean and the check out was quick. Parking was a bit tricky. They also gave a reusable bag for groceries without charging extra.

Apna Bazar has the best indian stuff in this neighborhood. I prefer this one over other Indian stores. Sometimes they have chopped vegetables. They should do that much more often.

These guys have an amazing selection of ingredients, pre-made snacks and fresh produce. Definitely a go-to if you need Indian or Asian pantry fillers. Plus, they have a bunch of random British stuff, including Heinz baked beans and pudding. Nice!

Store was pretty good previous management. The new manager raised the price on everything skying rocket. When you ask for help they dont know anything in store with no name badge. The only positive about is that store is lady works on cash register is the best.

Quaint and crammed with little space to move youll find it skittle tough when busy to navigate the small store. However of your cooking up something traditional what better place to get ingredients. They have a wide selection of sauces and packets for every type of Indian cuisine you could imagine. Now of youll excuse me Ive made myself some butter chicken and must promptly eat it haha. There extra curry powder is bomb just dont plan on going anywhere after you eat it

Fairly good selection of indian groceries. It used to have a fast food section but thats closed now.Do not recommend buying indian mangoes however. Its an all or nothing gamble for something that expensive.

Selection is good but have to be really careful while picking up something from the shelves. Please double check expiration dates on everything. Some of the products dont even have expiration date and it is clear that someone has smudged the printed dates.

Has most of the usual Indian grocery fare. Veggies are often not that fresh, might be due to the variable turnover. Rest of the stuff is usually good.

It is an Indian store which has varieties of food items such as vegetables, snacks, biscuits, cold drinks, pulses, floor, spices abd other indian stuff.They are well organised and keep every item in its respective place. staff is cooperative and kind. Price is very reasonable. They also offer organic food items.Moreover, they maintain cleanliness at every corner.

A good selection of Spices, frozen foods, Specialty Items and limited produce. Dont forget about the kitchen/restaurant. I like to shop on an empty stomach here

Renovated nicely to accommodate more options...vegetables they need to maintain little bit more and fresh especially on weekends....whenever we go either the veggies are not fresh or having very limited quantity...for most of the techies weekend is the only option to go and grab vegetables

A good place for Indian groceries. They get fresh produce on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On Tuesdays, they have a 15%discount on vegetables. This place has more options then the Mayuri across the Street

Bad customer service. The two girls at the front desk are only interested in chatting with each other rather than helping the customers. The grocery selection is very limited unless you go on Thu evening.

We visit here all the time for groceries and masalas. You will find almost everything Indian you are looking for, here. The stars missing are for the prices which are unreasonably high. Also sometimes they dont change the old okra and green chillies which ideally should be replaced once their freshness is visibly gone.

They need to organize products sold on a regular basis. I think the management is taking things for granted thinking no matter what customers will come. That approach is short sighted. Also, stop ordering products that nobody wants is buying and order things that customers want. Most of the Arun brand products are sitting there gathering dust and getting expired. Throw it out and make room for other good ones!
