We bought our house years ago because of the land, I never liked how the outside of the house looked. When we decided to get new siding, we talked to several different companies. When Brandon came out I immediately felt comfortable with using his company! Brandon was very easy to talk to and I felt like he really cared about making my home the best it could be. I even wanted cedar put on the house and he did it himself. I love pulling into my driveway and smiling, when I see how nice my home looks now. I would definitely recommend Energy Exteriors NW!

Energy Exteriors replaced the main floor windows and removed the existing siding and re-sided our 1915 craftsman style house. All the services were excellent. Window replacement took a little more than half a day. The siding project lasted two weeks. Care and detail went into both the window replacement and siding replacement. There was only one change order and that was because part of the original house had no sheathing on the exterior. Common on some old houses. The siding team was very professional. All issues were brought up and resolved immediately. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended

We are replacing all of our old aluminum windows. After interviewing 5 companies we decided to go with Energy Exteriors NW. During the estimate process they were communicative, patient and responsive with questions/up front changes, and reasonable/comparable cost wise. The scheduling process was easy and we thought the installers did a nice job and are happy with the end result. We split the job in half just in case and were pleased enough with the first set to have them finish the rest of the house.

Energy Exteriors NW recently replaced our 25 year old Milgard aluminum windows with new Milgard Energy Star Trinsic vinyl windows. Wow, what a difference. We dIdn’t really expect to be as pleased with the final product as we were. I am always a little leery about having a contractor do work on the house but Energy Exteriors NW was great. The people doing the quote, measurements and installation all were very punctual, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. We had several second floor windows positioned in areas that were not easy to access but that proved to be no problem for the installation crew. The Lead/Foreman was great at keeping us updated with what was going on at all times and even went above and beyond what was expected by fixing a door that was binding. We had a great experience with Energy Exteriors NW and hope to have them come back to work on another project next year.

We had three estimates done and we knew that we liked EENW since they were low-pressure and very informative, coming up with simple recommendations during the walk-through which we hadnt previously thought about. Erin helped us make decisions and design the work, while Dan and his team were very efficient with the install. Communication and scheduling was very easy and everyone we saw on site was professional and courteous. We were on a tight deadline to get the project done before the holidays since we were hosting family, and Dans team put in an amazing effort and delivered. Unethical. Signed a contract, never followed through, dissed my calls. Operating under the Good Guy Windows. Same owners. From what I have heard and read, I am not the only one they did this to. At least 3 other customers had issues. Maybe that is why they changed their name.

Great owner, designer, and crew. We shopped around and they could do exactly what we wanted custom cheaper than what the other guys offered for generic windows. It helped that they have a designer/salesperson that can customize what youre looking for and provide advice based on her experience. Most of the other companies simply had installers that wanted to be told exactly what to buy and install. The project was delayed due to COVID but communication was great along the way. Ultimately the team showed up and did a great job. A nice, hardworking crew. Id recommend them for your project.

Over the past 24 years, we’ve hired quite a few companies to do different repairs or upgrades to our rental house. I can honestly say Energy Exteriors NW is one of the best we’ve ever worked with. During this difficult and stressful time with the COVID-19:pandemic effecting some much in our lives, it was wonderful to work with professionals who made this large project (replacing all windows and the front door) a very smooth, worry-free process! When I went out for bids, Energy Exteriors NW was one company I got a bid from.Jerry, the sales rep, was respectful and helpful. His bid was clear, complete, and very professional.Communication with Energy Exteriors NW was also clear and friendly. They kept me informed of the installation dates, updates and other information as time went on.Then came the installers. These men were professional, polite, and competent. They fixed things which were not properly installed, and made sure that the finish work was complete, professional, and very clean. I have waited a month to write this to make sure the new has worn off. I am still very happy with the work, the people, and the product.If you are looking for new windows, I recommend giving Energy Exteriors NW a chance to bid.

Rob and the guys at Good Guy Windows were professional and super fast. Everyone I talked to was very nice, helpful, and personable and they made the process incredibly easy! They came out within a few days to measure and before I knew it, I had a spotless window that was installed in about 20 minutes! These guys did a great job installing new windows for us. Rob was patient and helpful, and followed up with the manufacturer when there was a problem with one of the windows. Tony did a nice job on the install and came out to fix a couple of things we werent happy with at first. I will use them again when we replace our other windows.

These guys were on-time and professional. There workmanship was excellent even when faced by challenges. They installed all new windows in a 110 year old house that we were remodeling. They made iit look easy. I have them working on quotes for two more jobs right now.

No mess left behind!They also teach me and my husband lots of tricks to maintain windows which is really helpful for us as a first-time house buyer.We then hire them again for the old glass replacement in our bedroom. Good Guy Windows were very prompt to come out to see me and give me an estimate on the replacement. The window was broken on July 3rd, the afternoon before the fourth, and they still came out that day when no one else would. When they arrived they were very nice and polite and friendly. The actual estimating of the window was done very quickly and efficiently. It took maybe 10 minutes tops. Overall Good Guy Windows were great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good Guy Windows provides very good customer service.You dont feel any pressure from their salespersons as they dont rush you to make a quick decision from their first visit.Their quote and measurement are very precise. You dont have to worry about any problem of low-balling bid to begin with. Their second visit (actual service call) to finalize measurements on windows and doors came out exactly the same as the first visit. I am much appreciated their accuracy and precision as I am an accountant too.Windows are in quality products and their technicians are very responsive to questions and follow up service.I give them a thumbs-up.

The company was prompt in scheduling the window install; they were ordered in late August and installed in September. They lost .5 stars in because they had to re-order tempered glass that was getting installed by a door. Another .5 star was lost due to their messy caulking. This was the first time Ive dealt with people installing new windows, so Im not sure how common messy caulking is. They used their fingers instead of a tool to clean up extra globs, making the caulking uneven. There were also some places where there wasnt enough caulking (maybe it shrunk as it dried, pulling away from the window and wood). When they came back to install the tempered glass window they fixed the problem caulkings.Overall they were prompt and on time; the 7-window install took maybe half of a day. The workers that were here were courteous and seemed to know what they were doing.I would hire them again and recommend to others looking for new windows.

We first met Good Guy Windows when they came to install our new Pella Windows that we purchased in July. When we were scheduled for our install we did not know what to expect and we have had many flaky people in the past come to do work on our house before such as painters, handymen and Penguin Windows to install new slider doors. Good Guys showed up on time (actually before they needed to be here by 15 min) unaware to them (Pella forgot to inform Good Guys) that we had unusual circumstances that they needed to work around; Terry, Glen and Shannon were great about it. They have a normal typical way of installing windows on a two story house for an efficient quick install, but because of our circumstances they needed to change. I need them to work on just the bottom floor and install only those windows first and without any problems (even though they had to go and pick up two windows to do so) they got right to work. We had quite a few windows that were not square (and Pella measured one window wrong) Terry and the crew had no problems dealing with the problem and making in right so our windows looked right, level and work properly. We were so impressed with their quality of work, efficiency and ability to communicate all areas of work and progress we hired them to install new front doors. Rob came out to measure and talked with us about what we were looking for and met all of our expectation. They knew we were going through a tough time as my husband was in the hospital and we were on a budget that they worked with us on scheduling and pricing double front doors within our budget. Good Guys came out right before Thanksgiving and install our new doors in a few hours and they work perfectly even tho our opening was not square. I have and do recommend them to anyone looking for new windows (if we would’ve know about them before Pella we might have gone with them.) interior or entry doors. We are going to hire them again in the future to install a few more doors as we can afford them.
