I have gotten great customer service from this company for ages! Im into it now for 35 years so Ive worked with a lot of dental companies. From the sales team driving over supplies just in the nick of time, to the repair team helping me move my small office to a new location, this group is dedicated to customer service. And they are just nice people.

This business is sending its van to set up tents in downtown Seattle for homeless people to live in. Keep in mind that this business doesnt have any presence in the area - the closest office is Bothell. As a resident of downtown Seattle, I do NOT appreciate the degradation of my neighborhood. I encourage anyone who agrees to boycott this business.

Order delayed by over 1 year. I literally have to contact people on a daily basis to see the status of my order and its getting tiring. Would not recommend working with this company.
