Incredible service!!! So fast, rear brakes and rotors done the day of, only took about 1-2 hours. Super friendly and honest workers, the shop reminds me of my dad’s old machine shop he worked in when I was growing up. They even have a waiting room with some magazines. And to top it all off, these are the BEST prices you will ever see. Only $360 for rear brakes, compared to the $1200 that Meineke quoted me for front and rear brakes (front was unnecessary, there was still plenty left on the brake pads). They will not tell you that you need something you don’t here. Absolutely amazing, recommending to all of my friends and family out here.

Both my wife and I have had our brakes done here and everything went well.The first time I went there they told me that I didnt need anything done and there was no charge for the inspection. Most places would have replaced the brakes anyway and charged me, but they said come back in a few months and well have another look.When I did need brakes they got our business, and they earned it through their honesty and integrity. The BEST and very honest people I ever met in a car shop. I came to the shop (I am Neo, this is my wifes Google account) to change my brakes since I got cheated by another shop (Midas) that I need to change all four brake pads and rotors. I refused Midas for their over $1000 offer since this discount brake center gave me the very very reasonable price quote. Every other place I called insisted on replacing the rotors along with the pads, sight unseen. I told Discount Brake Center to replace the rotors if needed. They measured and found the rotor thickness was still in spec, so I only paid for new pads and resurfacing, saving a lot of money. Car was done in 1/2 day.Very happy with the service, honesty, and the price. Last - I really liked the funky down-home look and feel of the place.They are a winner.

Best car shop experience Ive ever had. Very honest, and inexpensive. It was half the price I was quoted from another shop. Also, the other shop told me the rotors needed replaced where this shop was able to measure, make sure they were within spec, and resurface them. This place is legit!

My husband and I have used Discount Brake Center multiple times for our cars over the years. We are always beyond pleased with the service we receive from them! Most recently, this weekend we had his break pads worked on. We knew the rear definitely needed it, but weren’t totally sure about the front. We knew from previous experience if they didn’t need the fronts done they wouldn’t do them just to make extra money like other places would. We also asked to have the brake fluid flushed. When we came to pick up the car they said the brake fluid was in great shape still so they didn’t replace.We truly appreciate their service and honesty! We will always return here.

Got my bmws rear brake pads replaced. They are honest and professional. The cost is way less than dealership with same quality.The alert on bmws computer might take few days to go off but I gave my car for service the next day who cleared it.

I am extremely pleased with the work done.***(Rear brake pads+ rear calipers+ rear rotors+labor = $550 w/tax)***Price, well it wasnt the discount I anticipated, in all fairness it was the same (if not more) than the high-end shop I use regularly.The mechanic didnt seem eager or even pleased to do the work. There were no other cars (that I could see) being worked on, he acted like I was bothering him.Would I return? I didnt feel like my business was appreciated so probably not. But, 4-Stars seems more than fair for the excellent work performed.

Super nice and professional. My dealership told me I needed both front and rear brake pads, but this place said they’d check first to make sure I really needed both. Turns out my rear brakes were just fine and didn’t need to be replaced, so they charged me the same price they quoted me over the phone to replace just my front brakes. Squeaking sound is gone and I’m happy.

Best place to change car brakes. Got rear brake changed for BMW last year for half of the cost dealership was charging. This year brake light came on indicating front brake service needed. I took my car to the shop. The mechanic spent at least 30 mins inspecting the brakes. He told me that no brake replacement is needed and the brake service light was false alarm. They did not charge me a penny. Great people great customer service. Highly recomended.

In 2012 I took a previous car that I owned to Discount Brake Center after receiving another estimate around $900 from another brake place to overhaul my brakes. I took my car to Discount Brake Center and their estimate was approximately $200. I took my wifes car a few years ago to have the brakes looked at and was told the brakes were still good and they told me that the pads had another 20,000 miles to go before it needed a brake overhaul. Today, I brought my Buick Regal in to have my brakes looked at because my caliper(s) locked up a few time over the last week. Discount Brake Center inspected the front and rear brakes and told me they could find nothing wrong and that I still had 80% wear remaining on my brakes pads. There is a reason that this place has a majority of 5 star ratings. Its because they are honest and have integrity. For these reasons, customers like myself keep coming back. What a concept. Others should follow the same business model.

Ineptitude at its finest. Not open on a Monday that they are scheduled to be open, won’t honor a scheduled appointment for Tuesday and they argue the details. I wouldn’t give these yahoos any opportunity to work on my vehicle, as they can’t even keep a simple appointment and write it in the book properly. The owner wouldn’t even consider that his hippie employee screwed up, so they lost a customer for life.

These guys are awesome! So I had my BMW rear rotors and pads changed and front rotors machined about a half year ago at their shop. Recently rear pads wire sensor collapsed and I took my car again to them. I bought wire sensor online and they replaced it an no charge as part of a warranty. I lost my paperwork, but they were okay with that. Also they fixed emergency break at no cost! These guys are old school, very honest. Wish you good luck in business!

Highly recommend! I knew I needed new brake pads and the dealership recommended a brake flush. They have the best price in the area and I love that its local! They used high quality parts and only did what needed to be done, in fact they tested for the brake flush and said its nowhere near needed (stupid dealership wouldve just done it and charged me $150). Only problem I had was I noticed some grinding sounds when I left, called them, and brought it back right that moment. It was just a loose spring clip which they fixed in 10 minutes and was done! I think it says a lot about a company in how they handle something wrong, everyone makes mistakes so still 5 stars! Also, Jim was great with my dog who came with me. I also appreciate the windows in the waiting room, its a level of transparency you dont get from most shops!

Excellent service! I brought my wifes van in to get the rear brakes done... a service which the dealer quoted me $450 to do. These guys did it for less than $200 and did it VERY fast. I was impressed by their service, friendliness, and work.Dont let the true auto shop look steer you away. They know what theyre doing and survive because they are good to their customers. This place ROCKS, I took my car into Firestone in the Totem Lake area of Kirkland, They said I needed rear rotors and rear brake pads, and wanted $590, I wanted to get a second opinion so I contacted Discount Brakes and I was quoted a much lower rate so I brought my car in, The mechanic told me I didnt need the rotors because they were good and that I just needed the brakes... I took my car in and they gave me a quote and a time that my car would be ready. It took maybe two hours for them to complete the service and didnt try to upsell me on anything. I went to them based on the google reviews that I found. I will go back because of the excellent service.

I was expecting to pay close to $600 as my car def needed new brakes n it was making a train sound while driving. Another place told me I needed them done ASAP 6 months ago. So because I waited so long the amount of money was expected, right?I scheduled my appt got it in sat at 10 at 1030 they called to let me know what needed to be done n the price about $270 calculated with tax $300. Still was expecting more like hidden fees. At 1130 got a call my car was ready got down there paid $300. Fast, friendly no hidden fee service n the brakes work amazing n no train sound. 01/2017 - I couldnt ask for better service. My breakes were making an odd sound that had me concerned. I brought my Mitsubishi in to have my breakes replaced and was promptly advised (after they took a look) that it was not necessary.If you need breaks dont hesitate to bring your car in and have DBC take care of you.
