Poor Customer Service

I went into Marios Party for the first time last weekend for my daughters sweet sixteen party. I looked into a few other party stores before coming in, and went with Marios Party since they seemed to have the most selection of things to rent.When I walked in the owner greeted me right away and helped me pick out the chairs, tables, balloons and party favors that I needed for the event. He even offered to customize all of the tables and chairs with ribbon in my daughters favorite color. I hadnt planned on getting anything else, but they had a great cotton candy machine that I decided to splurge on! They even helped deliver all of the rentals to my house on the day of the event, and everyone had a great time.Anyone in the area who is planning a party should definitely stop by Marios Party. Theyre not as big as a place like iParty, but they more than make up for it with the personal attention.

Terrible customer service. I called and asked for something specific then the morning of the delivery he told me I wasn’t getting what I called for and argued with me about it. Then once he came the tables were so small they didn’t even fill up my backyard. Just all around bad customer service and communication

Worst customer service and they have roaches crawling around the place
