I‘m beyond happy about the customer service.I will go back there as soon as a new suitcase is due ;). (Never cant have enough of em :)) )Carlos makes things happen!!! Super happy about that.Service in store- Friendly and gives pro and cons about suitcases. Really appreciate it!He was mentioning that they service suitcases in house after I mentioned that I have some issues with my locks on one of my older luggage.Prompt sent it in and it got fixed in NO TIME!Will do this more often in the future.Thanks Carlos for this awesome service!

Outstanding staff and service! I walked in with a slightly damaged suitcase and the team did a great and fast job in fixing my issue. In addition to their professionalism, they were very welcoming and warm. I don’t know many shop staff who go the extra mile like they did. A big thank you to Ivan and Carlos in particular!

It is rare that one walks into a global brand retail store and the staff there actually remembers ones name. While rare, that is what happens whenever we return to Boston and visit the Rimowa retail store on Newbury Street. Carlos always greets us with a big smile and asks us how life is in Moscow. We LOVE visiting the Rimowa store in Boston because of Carlos and we are loyal brand advocates for Rimowa. Thank you Carlos and thank you Rimowa!!!

The wheel casing on my case was broken. Emailed the store the day before I arrived in Boston and received prompt response from Carlos (repair technician) to bring my case in. Not only did he replace the broken wheel casing but also replaced the others that were old with new ones that are more reinforced. Terrific customer service!!!

The purchase I made last year from the RIMOWA Store in Boston (thank you, Dominic) has turned out to be one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself! Forget that I got to ride around the store ON the Large Check-in Silver Hardshell case, aided by some aggressive pushes by Dom... I have to be honest: the luggage is beautiful and very substantial, and when I actually bought the unit, I had to come to the point where I KNEW it was...an investment! Because at first bight, it feels expensive. But with some simple math application, having destroyed three and a half comparably-sized bags over ten years of constant global travel, the investment is well worth the dollars, euros or pounds you lay out. Yep...5 Stars, you betcha!! Thanks again, RIMOWA, you are the best! Richard Anderson

Had a business carry on with a broken handle and I wasnt able to manipulate the wheels because it was so short. You can imagine how annoying it is to have to hand carry this all around the airport when its full...I just wanted to be able to use the suitcase to get home.First time, no luck. It would take 4 weeks. Then they called me back and said a NY store would ship the part. Apparently it was the wrong handle, but they still went ahead and performed a temporary repair with the closest possible handle. I am BEYOND happy as all I wanted was a functioning suit case to bring home!!!Thank you Carlos and team!

Probably the best luggage you can get. Yes, they are a bit on the expensive side but you wont be buying any luggage for years or decades to come
