Friendly, helpful staff and manager. Great place to get a key copied and pick up snacks. They have a lot of neat hardward, cables, tools, misc tools, etc that you need but HD does not carry. If youre in the area, definitely worth dropping in or giving them a call.

While the selection is fairly limited, and tends to focus on more immediate small end needs for the locals (mostly office workers), I have found this place to be indispensable for those things I need and just dont have the time or energy to go to a big box store for. Pricing is remarkably reasonable given the rapid gentrification of this area. I only hope they can remain open long term in the face of that gentrification.The guys behind the counter are friendly, and helpful, and dont look down their noses at us poor benighted white collar types.When my wife misplaces my (smaller) tools, this place is my go-to spot since its so close to my work. If it seems like I cant say enough good things about this place, well... its true. Looking forward to more patronage here :)

I recently had some problem with my sink and I discovered that the issue is with the tubes ring. Since Im not very handy and I have no idea what the thing is called, I came here hoping someone to help me locate the part. And I didnt disappoint, their staff is friendly and located the exact part I was looking for in matter of minutes.

This place is useless, unless you want candy or a snack. It may as well be called Backstage Snack Shop with some hardware but never what you need and cranky employees. I hope it goes out of business and a real hardware store moves in.
