Nicely laid out and easy to find the products on the shelves. Wonderful of various products, definitely will find something to bring home. They have a nice produce/meat section with plenty to offer.

Location isn’t all that good. Very confusing if you are not from the area. The employees weren’t all that helpful neither. I don’t like the points I like to be directed to the items I’m looking for and I don’t expect a guess from them ether. So not all that great.

I shop here regularly. Its easy. I know where everything is and how to use the self checkout. Theres a good selection of the products I want, and the employees are helpful.

Its closer to my home so its very easy to get to. Id rather go to another location though. This particular location is always out of stuff, some of the staff is rude, and this one bagger I just cant stand her attitude. I try to avoid her.

Not sure how they are even open still, frequent shopper and they have expired items on the shelves as well as expired candy . I have wasted so much of my money and time over and over at this place and they still keep leaving the Items on the shelves. You bring up to their associates and managers they tell you thanks and put it rite back on the shelves. Nothing is being done until someone ends up sick that’s when they will care. Terrible customer service all young kids and nothing up to date . Someone needs to get back to me so I can let them know my full experience. I would like to let you in on how dirty this place is.

Good place to stop and shop!!! You can get almost anything form this store from groceries to goodies for you and your family (maybe even your pets) I do recommend going here!!

The new click & collect service is awsome.I can pick up my groceries any time I want.There are 3 zones.... chilled , frozen and room temperature so I can buy anything I want online and pick it up within a timetable which suits me best.Thank you for all the time youre saving me...

When you ask a grocery store employee for help finding something here, dont expect much help. I asked 3 separate employees for help finding 2 different things in this store and I got 2 I dont knows and 1 wrong answer (person at service desk sent me to the cleaning supplies aisle after asking for travel size toiletries (after I had to explain to her what toiletries were)...and none of the employees even BOTHERED to find someone to help.. just walked away after saying I dont know

Best place to get affordable groceries . Especially students.

1/10 trips yields the item I go there for, unsweetened soy milk. There is most often plenty of cow milk, but soy milk is superior to animal milk for environment, animal rights, and health. Already complained to two managers, both named Franky, and Dairy Manager, a few times, and Jose Lopez, once. Hoping for the best in the future.

Ive been coming to this grocery store several times already, and these guys just have the best things that are new and inexpensive. This place truly has it all, and Im glad that their staff is great and supportive. I couldnt ask for more of these guys because they really are the best guys!

Pretty good supermarket, nothing special. Sometimes can get busy but there are usually lots of checkout lanes open (including self-checkout), so rarely an issue. Options can sometimes be randomly limited; was looking for certain cuts of meat the other day, and did not find all of them (e.g., rack of lamb). Also, they sell potted herbs (rosemary, cilantro, parsley) which made me very excited, but all of the pots had too many wilted/browned/yellow plants, last time I checked.

Always has long lines, never seems to have the amount of cashiers it needs. Good variety of stuff though.

I went in here for wingettes which i havent been able to find since covid smh my daughter only eat wings and again she is a picky eater so alot of the things she would normally eat havent been on most grocery store shelves but on the bright side the poland spring water was 3/9.99 which is a bargain compared to the usual 4.69ea

Great one-stop experience. I can find almost anything I want whenever I go. Though I recommend going early in the day for fresh produce.

4/19/21 at self check out, asked one of the employees who was congregated just chatting if she could remove three items I scanned, she came with an attitude and all. No customer sevice what so ever from her, I believe she is Jamaican...which she of all ppl should know who to deal with customers. Shame on you for a grown woman who should know better.

I would avoid this business at all cost if you are like me and use the self checkout to avoid any negative energy. I once saw an elderly lady rushed at the self checkout by a stop and shop employee. Today, I was lucky enough to experience the same toxic person. I tried returning the items I scanned just to not bring any tainted items home, but that just made her more aggressive. I will no longer expose myself to this self checkout service . Side note- the stop shop greeter is amazing. She has an amazing energy and makes you feel welcomed.

Good food. Not well organized

Not 5 stars due to the barcode missing on a box of doughnuts and it taking 6 mins for the cashier to find a similar box to scan. The shelves are well stocked. And the isles are clean.

This place is very convenient for many. And there is limited free parking. Not sure about pricing for groceries but it seemed to have adequate groceries on the shelves.

Just your average grocery store, nothing special. All you need.

I would prefer going to this Stop & Stop even if I didnt live close by. Ive even recommended this location to my friends because of the service/clientel at other locations.

I just mentioned that I loved Stop and shop off the Green line train! They had my favorite chocolate milk that CVS used to carry! And oh it was so good! They also had sales on meat there that I got to load up on so I really appreciated this Stop and shop that I never heard of before its a huge grocery store! If you dont have a GPS you could get lost in there! Lol😁 what an awesome place especially for meat buys I had no idea they had that much of a selection! Friendly camaraderie with staff and employees of that particular store! Absolutely love to shop there on the green line and I would recommend anybody to do so! 😀

Groceries are fairly priced and employees are usually friendly, courteous, and helpful, but they are often understaffed which results in long check-out lines as well as longer lines for services such as deli and customer service.

This store isnt bad but its not clean enough. Restroom can be nasty sometimes. Also seafood not very fresh.

Its like being in a family own store, Im always greeted by random employees. The different sections always have the products face forward. Bakery always have the freshest breads and pastries. The dairy department is always clear and well stocked. I enjoy shopping there and recommend all my friends to do so as well.

Wow this place is amazing. Prices are cheap and the place is huge. Lot of choices and also, there is a good parking area. So you can shop till you drop, and then drop them in your car and then drive off home :P

Seems very clean and well kept. not many ethnic ingredients to choose from, but still ok.

Had a very good experience shopping today as always. There is one woman who just sets the mood for shopping when she greets you with her big 😃!!!! Also, despite my wait I was able to get out on time. I might add though, more cashiers are needed so that folk dont have to wait in long lines. Gloworm

Smaller than average S&S but well stocked. Was able to get the grocery manager to order Natures Promise organic sunflower butter, my new fav since I had discovered it at the larger S&S on Centre St. Can also always find knowledgeable personnel to lead me to hard to find items.

This first sentence is an update from my earlier review, which is below and still true: But! This store is a mess for its organization! Similar kind of things are peppered all over in multiple section, often not clearly indicated. Costs a lot of time hunting down if you dont know! I met many similar people searching around.Reasonably priced. Extensive stock of breads of different kinds. The meat and fresh fish has a lot of selections. Lamb is pretty good. Fruits and veggies are fresh, but the selection could be more extensive.And yes, their prepared food section, especially the appetizer/finger food kinds like wings, fried chicken, riblets, mac and cheese bites..etc. is very good and fresh. The $5 (or $10) box of wings with different flavors is especially good.

Awful customer service. There were 3 people at the deli counter and no one at seafood. Assistance was called twice but still had to wait over 15 minutes before someone came to the counter.

I can always find what Im looking for. Its like a mini super store! Theyve the best lobster rolls... fully stuffed! Fresh cut meats, great fish counter, super deli, ooh... delicious bakery, colorful fruits and veggies and the staff makes me feel like Im with family... very warm, friendly, and welcoming. Its my favorite supermarket!

They have a very small selection in every section of the store. The produce section is especially sad. Some of the staff, specifically the security guards, are not very friendly. The self checkouts are nice and they move quickly, but they are 12 items and fewer only. Usually they only have 1 cashier open to take more than 12 items, so I generally have to wait in line forever.
