Excellent print quality, innovative product line, and (as I just found out) outstanding customer service. Weve been using Moo for several years and have long been impressed with the quality of the collateral theyve produced for us. The product line includes a number of items and features weve not seen elsewhere that add significant value to our print runs, with prices competitive with other well-known on-line printers.The website is reasonably easy to navigate, considering the breadth of product line and number of features they offer, and the on-line design tools allow pretty much anyone to layout a job and submit it to the print shop. Reorders are simple as are revisions so your collateral can evolve with your marketing without starting every job from scratch.I used to price compare every job with three or four printers, on-line and brick & mortar. But Moos quality, product line, features, and price competitiveness have been compelling since we started working with them. Now, for most of our jobs, I just go straight to Moo and I have my layouts done and job submitted in the time it would have taken me to complete a price comparison.Today, I realized we had submitted a job with an error in the layout. The Moo Customer Service representative literally saved us from ourselves and could not have been more pleasant doing it. This is the quality of customer interaction for which all companies should be striving but, for Moo evidently, it was just another Friday afternoon.Highly recommend.

Terrible ordered business cards got lost and got the run around. Do not order from here. DHL delivery to Canada provided no support.

I have used Moo for my personal printing and then started to use them for my work collateral. I have needed post cards, flyers, etc. and I have had some errors with the designs and the bleed lines. The customer service is incredible. They have helped me fix my designs and have been very patient and helpful. Big Moo fan.
