Love the jewelry here! Can’t find unique pieces for awesome prices in Boston anywhere! This is a must go to location when I am in Boston. And their pieces are amazing quality too!

This location must have revamped its customer service since the negative reviews were posted a few years back. I could not be happier with the service I received from the moment I entered the store and was greeted warmly to the completely hassle-free exchange. It’s the exact service I would expect from a boutique style store.

The 2 Victorias are so kind and fun-I felt like I was shopping with girlfriends! They are actually employees. The jewelry is fun and different. Also, well-made. Ill be back!

Very frustrating to come all the way downtown and they be out. Waited nearly an hour and no one ever showed up at 1:40pm on a friday I finally left. I have several uno de 50 pieces and was very upset they werent there.

I received the worst service I have ever received in a retail store. The sales clerk was rude. She did not acknowledge us and when I would pick up a bracelet to look at it she would scold me for not asking her to get it. When I said something about her attitude instead of apologizing she ignored me and continued to ring up the bracelet I choose. I told her to never mind I wouldnt buy anything from her. It was 1:00 on 2/12/17. Ive been in this store and wasnt treated like that so I know the poor service I received was not typical of Uno de 50.
