Love this place with every fiber of my being, They made me 20 centerpieces for a party i was throwing and they all turned out gorgeous. The guests couldnt stop talking about them, they were a huge hit!! I will definatley be ordering from this flower shop again!!

I placed an order over the phone last week and let me say that this small flower shop surprised me. Not only was the staff member who took my call super patient and helpful with me as I figured out what I wanted, but the arrangement itself turned out to be lush and gorgeous!!!!!!!! I placed an order for delivery, clearly stipulating the unit number. It was incorrectly delivered to a different unit on a Saturday with nobody knowing where the flowers are. When I spoke to them, they just gave me the excuse that the delivery company delivered to the address on the order. Even after explaining that was not the case given that the units are individually numbered, they continued to argue with me! Bottom line: I don’t recommend them.

I paid $80 to have flowers delivered to my mom on her birthday. I called and told them the hours my mom was working and they said it wouldnt be a problem to get them to her during that time. They delivered them an hour after she left, when I called and told them this I was accused of lying about telling them her schedule. So incredibly rude and unhelpful. Tried to make me feel bad about how difficult the delivery was as if thats my problem. Paid $80 for my mom to not get her flowers on her birthday, I just wanted her to feel special at work.

This company has a lack of proffesionalism, its most likely a scam company. My flowers did not arrive in time, I called and the reception was not friendly at all I almost had to scream at this person just to get him to review my order.Please do not order here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The guy is the RUDEST PERSON Ive ever met. They told me they need to charge me an additional $25 for my order to go through. This is after i placed an order online and called them asking where it was. They not only charged me but also didnt give me a receipt or tracking number. The rudest person ive ever talked too they should go out of business.

After getting a late start on ordering Mothers Day flowers for delivery, a search pulled up Boston Blossoms. I was a bit weary when I saw the reviews, but really had no other places with availability to deliver today. I have to say, the arrangement is beautiful and my mother in law is very happy. I would happily order again through Boston Blossoms.

The flowers were not as fresh ,and the quality of the bouquet was not as good . There was a big visible difference in quality of the flowers ,and the pictures on the Website.However, they were reliable in terms of delivering the item on time.

Absolutely terrible. I wish I read the comments before purchasing. This place (1) did not deliver my order on the date requested and did not inform me, (2) did not have fruit and nuts for the basket I ordered and did not inform me, and (3) charged me $10 more than the price I agreed to online and was quoted at the time of purchase and did not inform me. Once I saw the charge go through the day after delivery was supposed to take place, I called to ask about the status and why I was charged extra. I was told about all of the issues above, but because I needed the delivery ASAP and wasn’t sure if anywhere else could accommodate that, I decided not to cancel. They replaced my original basket with a bouquet of flowers, but they were absolutely not worth the price I ended up paying. I asked why they didn’t call me to let me know about the issues, and they said I beat them to it. But they charged my credit card before ever trying to call me to tell me any of this information. I doubt they ever would have called. What a mistake.

They just have a website to attract people. Do not fall for it. They have the most horrible customer service and do not deliver the product on time as advertised on their website. Big scam. Do not recommend this place. I did not receive the product on the day and I’ve been trying to get in touch with them continuously and no is replying to emails or calls.

10 out of 10 review. I went into the store and had a women help me put a bouquet together for my girlfriend and was so nice and patient with me as I figured out what I wanted. She suggested a beautiful bouquet in my price range and my girlfriend loved it!

I purchased the EXQUISITE Best Day Bouquet from FTD and this was the chosen florist for the order I placed for my moms Mothers Day gift and was completely devasted to see what was actually delivered to her!! From the flowers to the vase completely different!! It did not look worth $80 but more like $20 worth, I have pictures as proof! I immediately called Customer Support to complain about this matter and the response I was given was that if the florist does not have the exact flowers listed they will substitute it for something different. That is NOT okay! In this case where this actually happened it should have at least been communicated to me beforehand!It would have been nice if they would have asked me if I preferred something else, or a refund instead and not just assume or make their own decisions. I was left excitedly expecting my mother to receive the correct flowers that I thought she would receive. This was my first and last time ordering with this company and do NOT recommend this FLORIST SHOP!

Do not order from this place! I placed an order online on Valentine’s Day. Same day delivery guaranteed as long as the order was placed before noon. I placed the order at 11:30 am. I called around 3 to get an estimate of when my flowers would be delivered. The person told me they could not provide an exact time due to the volume of orders for the day. She did advise me that for deliveries to businesses they guarantee delivery by 5 PM. I called them a little after 5 as the recipient did not receive their flowers and had already left work for the day. They told me that whoever was doing the flower orders didn’t see my order or must’ve “not hit accept.”I was willing to have them deliver them the next day, but after all this hassle the manager advised me that there was an extra service fee that was never mentioned before. I told him to forget the whole thing. They messed up my order, didn’t prepare my flowers and then tried to charge me more. Luckily I hadn’t been charged yet, but this manager needs to learn how to make customers happy.

I ordered a medium-sized box of chocolates and a mylar balloon to send to my cousin on her birthday. As you can see in the photos, the product that is advertised on their website and the actual product they deliver are very different.I thought I was ordering a nice BOX of assorted chocolates. Instead, my cousin got a small bag of Lindt chocolates from CVS with the price tag still on it.Not to mention they delivered the gift close to 10pm!!When I called to complain, the person who answered the phone cut me off & told me to call back in 10 minutes and then hung up.Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering from this place. I wont make the same mistake again!

Terrible!It is a bit unfortunate that I was not home when the delivery was made, however that is no reason to be horribly rude on the phone when I called to find out about the order. A person named Mike spoke to me and hardly gave me a chance to explain my situation.In brief, I would say the customer service terrible and the person on call is unimaginably rude!I probably would have had a better day not placing the order itself!

On line order almost impossible to cancel.The customer service is horrible, they said order was canceled but they deliver anyway (I refused) and after arguing with the manager, they charged 20$ deliver fee. And somehow they charged extra 10$ for my 69$ order, so I only got 60$ back.

Placed an order to be delivered on a specific date 3 days early. On the day of the scheduled delivery they told me that the order was delivered when it actually had not been. After confirming they actually did not make the delivery they informed me they couldn’t deliver the order as scheduled….unreliable and had just overall annoying process going back and forth.
