Best pizza in Boston. The Mediterranean items are lacking, so seriously avoid those, but the pizza is incredible. I have gone into the city just to get pizza from here. The balance of toppings always seems so intentional. The crust has a good crunch and its always perfectly cheesy! I definitely recommend coming here.

Really good pizza and Mediterranean platters. Our kids like Nicoles so much that we ordered 17 pizzas and several platters for their birthday party. Nicoles surprised us by making each kid their favorite topping with their first initial (W using olives and B using pepperoni). Our guest loved it all!

Their pizza is delicious. My mom loves the fish and fries, cheese burgers yummy. They are very nice people, whe you go in to order the owners treat you like a family. Nicoles no#1.

I go to this special restaurant often because I enjoy the special air that is exist in this place. The team is extremely attentive and skilfull. The service is deeply efficient. Not to mention, the food you get is good. I came often and I was always pleased. The expense is modest. I highly suggest this place to all my friends.

Fruit flies flying around .The back area where the food is cooked is messy Nobody had on mask or gloves . Bare hands. The guy making food and on the phone entire time. I love pizza, but I dont think this place gets it. I have yet to try other menu items at Nicoles and I am hesitate to try because their pizza, in my opinion, is, not good . Although it is reasonable in price, its a waste of money. The staff are pleasant and professional.

Quality of the food is GREAT! We had a little bit of a mix up with my order and the cook in the kitchen did a shi**y job fixing it. In short I ordered a steak and cheese (not knowing they use provolone) when I brought it back the cook just put American cheese on top of it wrapped it back up and gave it back to me. I was beyond upset... After speaking to management and getting and actual corrected sub it was actually very good!!

Honestly, Nicoles has the friendliest staff with the most amazingly addictive pizza. Their homemade and freshly baked double chocolate chip cookies are also super yummy.Its in a perfectly picturesque location but their delivery is also very timely.Highly recommended!

One of the best pizza joints in the south end hands down. Solid food solid price and the people are great. This is where I started my weightloss journey eating the right foods and this is deff a good place to start. Salads here are plentiful and taste great. Knowing what I know now about food being able to eat a salad without dressing goes far. The grilled chicken is made great and they never disappoint. This is only my opinion on this place but make yours. I have never had a bad experience here and if I did they would have corrected it because thats just the kind of place this is. As always make your own opinions and enjoy.

This place has halal chicken, but the rest of their meat selections arent halal. The place is nice to grab a bite with a friend. They also do delivery and are very quick. Their pizza are really good and the price is reasonable. Its a small place owned by Egyptians that are family style owned.

Love this place for many reasons. First of all, the pizza is delicious - has the right cheese to crust to sauce to grease ratio. Second, Ive never had a bad order, aka no screw ups, overcooked pizza etc... Thirds I have been to the counter and heard the , when I walk my dog by there, the workers always come out and bring her some treats. Fourth, I LOVE the sassy lady behind the counter. To all the haters that complain she is rude, I dont know how many times Ive been at the counter and overheard the nonsense that shes had to deal with from people on the phone. Best South End pizza!

The pizza was good. What I didnt enjoy was the insane rudeness from the woman at the desk. I couldnt get a clear response from her bc she was too busy yapping on the phone and rolling her eyes at me. I only asked a simple question. I asked her her name and if I could speak to the manager. She said her name was deana. She also said she would make sure I wouldnt be able to come back. Unprofessional is an understatement.

Delicious thin crust pizza. I ordered a meat lovers and was not disappointed. Im a big guy and eat a lot, but the large was plenty for me. The owner is very nice and their Wi-Fi is pretty quick, good enough for streaming video. Outlets arent accessible from most (all?) tables, but a great place to order some tasty Italian food and americanized pizza (more toppings like most of us like). Highly recommended.

Best pizza place in Boston! The food no matter what you order is always fresh and made amazing. The delivery is very fast and for the amount of food and quality you order it is cheap compared to other places in downtown Boston area. Also one of the very few that deliver to the downtown Boston area. Ive done pick up orders and the owners and staff are always curteous and friendly. The resturant is also very clean and kept up extremely well. After I have ate Nicoles for the first time I cant have any other pizza!

Person licking up the phone was rude, customer services 0 . They definitely need to do something about this lady. Never ordering from there again. I got a delivery buffalo chicken pizza from Nicoles and it was the greasiest pie I have ever encountered. The grease bled though 3 paper plates, soaked some paper towels when I tried to sop up some of the grease and the chicken looked and tasted old. I wont even go what happened after I digested it....nope never again.

I ordered food from Nicoles via foodler for the first time, and while the salad and tuna sub were wonderful the homemade clam chowder was not in any way shape or form homemade. It tasted like Progressos canned chowder, and had so few clams that it was appalling. If I had wanted canned soup I would have gone to the grocery store and paid a quarter of what this cost. Really, its sad when a restaurant in the Clam Chowder capital resorts to a meek, processed version.

Customer service and food has changed through the years. Pizza are to greasy and delivery service is very irregular. I am giving this negative review because of a bad experience. I placed an order online on July 5, 2018 at 11:17 for my mother and payed with my credit card. The order suppose to be delivered in about 30-45 mins after getting the confirmation number. We waited for an hour and decided to called to check on it and they told me (a guy first and then a lady) they couldn’t find the order that there was nothing for that address. I gave all the information from the email and the payment confirmation because the card was charged right away. She was yelling to me that they didn’t have the order and that they dont charge right away. I told her the money was withdraw already, it wasnt saying on hold or pending. She told me it will be clear in few days or 24 hours if it says it was charged. It didn’t clear if was charged right away $19.78. So we ended up paying for something that we never received and the money was never refund.

I came here 3 times, the pizza is amazing but for some reason Im treated like my money is no good. All 3 times no line so I walk up to the counter and that big tall mean looking guy always quick looks at me and runs through a door like hes got something to do so all 3 times I stood there while the girls in the back stand there looking at me until 1 comes to help but then takes the guy behinds me order, whats up with that. Also thanks for telling you had to take a piss then rinse your hands real quick in the sink then touch my food.

Great food in a little counter-service restaurant. In my 3 days in Boston this was the only restaurant I found that didnt feel like it was overpriced. I ordered ziti with meatballs and marinara and got two meals worth. We watched a few college students try to tell the difference between two Lagunitas and Harpoon IPAs by taste alone, and the TV was showing AFV instead of sports which was a very welcome change. Also quite close to Fomu for a post meal treat.Can make gluten-free wings if asked.
