Inaccurate hours of operation listed. Unable to pickup my accessories for my vacation. Made the trip following flying in from out of state as well. Then I was called by management informing me about “special hours” during off season. She stated the website and Google highlights these updates in hours; however, this is not true. See screenshoots. No effort was made to assist me like comping overnight shipping so I could still receive the items I was counting on purchasing. Very disappointing.

The staff has been great when I have called or been in the store!!

Although I love the clothes and the quality, I am highly disappointed with the staff. The manager of this store needs to undergo a training to treat customers. They lack basic etiquette. I am never shopping here again.

I ordered something online using corporate email and corporate card which I don’t have accessanymore. The manager Samantha didn’t help me at all and when I was askingher to try some other ways to look up the purchase, she sharply responded me thatshe doesn’t want to lose customers that want to buy stuff and she doesn’t have time tohelp me. I’m not used to attitudes like this and as a customer who have spent thousands ofdollars in this store I deserve respect.

Manager Samantha needs to change her name to Mrs. Negative Energy. Maybe she had abad day but calling a loyal customer a thief is not normal. I had a receipt on my phone shedidn’t even want to look at it and said that she knows what kind of business I’m doing.Really? Can you explain ME please?))). Well I went to the store at different location andreturned the item with no problem.

Love Lily Pulitzer and have been to many of their stores and have always had very positive experiences; however, the Newbury Street Boston location has awful customer service. I think you actually have to try to be that rude to customers / people in general.

Staff was incredible rude and unhelpful. Love the merchandise, but SO disappointed by service! Also, hours are listed wrong here! The store is only open until 6.

Fabulous store on Newbury Street.

There is a lot of selection but the dresses seem packed in a little too tightly. I think they need more space.
