Went to fix get my phone screen replaced because it was cracked, had them order the screen ahead of time because I needed my phone back soon - was told itd be 30 mins when I dropped it off..... 4 hours later when I went back they said they ordered the wrong screen & wouldnt return my phone because they shipped it out somewhere else.They kept my phone hostage for an entire week, everyday saying, tomorrow itll be ready. and when I finally got it back the screen had fingerprints under the front facing camera(pics are now blurry), the top speaker had been ripped out and didnt work/had to be replaced, the top speaker mesh was also missing. The IR proximity sensor doesnt work, and the new screen flickers and has black lines all throughout it, its also discolored in certain areas. (see pic, background is supposed to be solid white).Absolutely terrible experience, unprofessional and poor quality of work for being charged upwards of $200. Would not recommended.

They replaced my laptop screen quickly and for a fair price. I got great customer service and communication from Andry and they are open late and on Saturdays so it was super convenient to drop off and pick up.

Apple wouldn’t even try to fix my screen on my phone and said I had to buy a new one and Dr. Computer fixed it in an hour. Thank you!

Despite all the negative reviews I have seen from this store, Its truly a good quality store. Talking to one of the owner Christian really helped me with my phone screen (Iphone 8 plus) gave me a fair price compare to other stores and on top of that a free screen protector. Really recommend this place! will come again.

They are scammers, you go to this place stay there until they give it back, if you live and come back they will change your phone. My sisters iPhone was 253gb and they give it back to her with 65gb. They stole the lens and charge her $80 just to put a new sim card.

Poor customer service. They act as if they are doing you a favor when you are paying for a service. They also do not meet the deadlines for phone pick up; which they set.I have been told for a week that my phone will be ready tomorrow afternoon.😤😤😤

They are inconsiderate, I was since they opened the premises yesterday, and they turned until they managed to withdraw me a moment, when I returned to look for my cell phone to hand it over in one way and magically they handed it to me in another way, they are thieves and inconsiderate without knowing the effort of people to get things done, they dont respect me, I delivered them with 200 GB and they returned it to me with 64GB and without the accessory that had the cell phone in the camera something that to be able to take off had to be done a force on the phone and they magically took it off and the very brutes believed that I was not going to realize it, because the hell if you are going to steal the inside at least leave him the accessory so there is no suspicion 🤬 but God is there that nobody escapes him because I know that I am not the only one, I will take precautions in other things also because if they are able to do that, they are capable of other things since even my iCloud account asks me on
