I bought a silver Mercedes Benz ml 350 2010 several weeks ago. I drove the car only 2 times . I have 6 lights on -dashboard, tires are not good , the back door is not open , the car is not stabilise on the highway, charge me extra for the registration . I returned the car so many times to get fix they lied to me . They told me the car has been fixed but it wasn’t. I almost get to an accident with my kids 2 days ago. I brought the car to a different dealer and they told me to return it for my safety. I will return the car ASAP to get a refund .those peopleAre scammer and they don’t care about people safety. If they don’t give me my money back. We will see in court. I would never recommend anybody to them.

Bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey for 3k from them on May 28th and thought i made out. ha. wow was I wrong. lets talk about the fact that they messed up my registration as soon as I bought it, then charged me $450 to register the thing when it would have cost $300 through the RMV. then lets talk about the check engine light. kept popping up 02 sensor even though they had replaced them. well it didnt have to pass omissions so they got away with that one. check engine light never went off till I fixed it.. $400 later. then lets talk about the day after I bought it, my power steering went, and I live an hour away, so I had it towed out of my own pocket to my mechanic, fixed it with my money, and all theyd do is reimburse HALF of the mechanics bill. no help with the tow. now lets talk about the tires that just barely passed inspection. guess who had to put 4 brand new tires on it? yup me. and for reference, since I have had it Ive put maybeeeee 4k miles on it. between control arms busting, tires, power steering pump, power steering pressure lines, starter, Im at $2500 in repairs, not even 4k miles, and 6 mo later. and still need to put in a whole new brake system all the way around. yeah sure had I paid to bring my mechanic with me I would have walked away, but I was trying to save some money during these trying times and needed a safe and reliable vehicle for my kids!!!! Polonia Auto saw me coming, saw that I didnt really know what to look for, and took advantage. and every time Ive messaged them I get bring it in an hour away and we can see if its possibly still under warranty (the o2 sensors they supposedly fixed, that I ENDED UP FIXING MYSELF) No wonder they push paying for the extended warranty. because they know their vehicles are sh*t. buyer beware, and if you do go, bring your mechanic to fully look it over !!!

I was referred by a friend to come here. My truck had broken down close to the shop. So I decided to get my truck fixed. The staff was very unprofessional. There was no communication no one can tell me what was going on with my truck took a week and 2 days to get my truck back. The son needs customer service training. I felt so bad for the lady at the front desk JLo. Got her handling everything with no help I just had a very bad experience. The sad thing is my engine came the next day. My truck didnt get touched till the following week.If they just had communicated with me the right way my truck would have got fixed somewhere else. If I were you and you decide to bring your car there I would go directly to the owner make sure that you guys are on the same page and find out when your car will get done and the time frame it will take to get it done.

Worst car buying experience at Polonia. I purchased an automobile cash and the car ended up being a lemon. The owner tried to fix the issue and could not come up with a solution to fix the problem. He said he was going to find me a replacement of equal value or some what better as an apology for the lemon car. Instead he offered me a few cars that were in worse condition and with more miles than the car i originally purchased. (20,000 miles more than the car i originally bought) Not to mention the owner was having an argument with an employee as my kids and i walked into the office. What makes matters worse is the fact that the owner made it seem like I was an inconvenience to him for him selling me a junk car. Do your research and take your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Id give this dealer a zero star if it was an option.

The ladies up front are very nice and have great customer service skills. The mechanics are very hard workers and they will get the job done. The boss is very fair and down to earth and helped me with the car I bought. Thanks Polonia auto for a great buy on a great car.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! My BF bought a car listed for $6,700. He gave them $2,000 as a down payment. And somehow he got financed for $8,700. Somehow the finances him for more and pocketed the CASH! Unreal, when we found out through the bank after making a payment, we called the dealership to find the paperwork and contract, and the CANNOT FIND IT! A dealership is supposed to keep this information legally for 7 years after purchase. And they say the don’t have if right after purchase? SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN AND CALL BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Honestly I’ve never left anyone a bad review before but my experience has made me want to tell folks to not even bother. Car was listed and priced with details on their website and car gurus and I was emailing back and forth with someone there a few times about it. Asked about a test drive and was told I could come in even though said person wouldn’t be there on the day i was available but was told not a problem. Confined date and time. Arrive and was told the contact person wasn’t there and that car wasn’t “ready” for a test drive but we could look at it. The car didn’t even turn on, battery is dead and the hood didn’t even open. Car hadn’t been looked at or accessed yet. They vaguely apologized said the person i spoke with didn’t know these things and we could walk around and look at their other inventory without asking me any further questions so we just left.

Best dealership in Mass with a good selection of cars from Hondas to BMWs and Lexuss. Staff is extremely easy to talk to and gets the job done! Every car and any car I own will be serviced here! Thank you for everything!

Got an oil change and fixed my suspension. Not only was the price right they also did a great job. They were friendly and very helpful.

I inquired on a vehicle that was advertised online. I never heard back after reaching out twice to them. Its sad as I was willing to pay more than the asking price. Not responding back to a potential buyer is unacceptable. I will never do business with. an unprofessional business. It appears they dont need my business. If they dont respond back to a potential buyer you probably wont hear back from them if your purchased a vehicle and have a problem or a question about the vehicle.

Absolutely terrible! Sold a defective 2013 Nissan Altima! The odometer had been tampered on several occasions so our car really has 300,000 miles on it not 136,000. They refused to fix the car even wrote out fake repair receipts! DONT BUY FROM THEM! Check the CARFAX first!

My girlfriend purchased an Acura TSX from this dealership a little over a year ago and has had consistent issues ever since. They use used parts for there vehicles it came with an oil leak she tried to take it back during the warranty period & they refused were kind of at a stand still & we don’t know what to do but these people clearly don’t care about there customers My best friend who is a mechanic says he took a look at it & the first thing he saw is that they put a bad battery in it a very old one also it had a bad oil pan leak & we’ve had to replace the alternator it had mold on it the terminals for the battery so basically it’s been a terrible inconvenience & it’s been a little over a year

Guys be careful with this place i bought a car and they did an engine swap on it, sold it to me as a acura rsx type s with a base model engine... 05-06 type s came with k20z1 they put in a k20a3 not good at all.. Really disappointed

Absolutely horrible. Worst dealership ever. They sell cars with swapped out engines and oil leaks, which are super costly to repair. i DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself the money and headache.
