Quench absolutely rocks...and Im only going to begin by talking about the customer service. I am the manager of Alley powered by Verizon, Harvard Square -- a coworking community. We decided to go with Quench because of their flexibility on pricing given our unconventional usages and size.What we were delivered with that custom pricing, was an outstanding customer service experience by Marc (Sales Rep) and Katy (NE Sales Manager). Together, they proved every obstacle, surmountable. From unresponsive co2 vendors (they found plenty more) to a finicky machine (replaced free of charge; within 24 hours), this is what I call customer service done right, finally.I would recommend working with Quench 10/10 times, with these two at the helm.
