Online order1. They took tax during an entire tax free week (7/31/21 - 8/9/21 in Florida) which I called to state this. At first, they told me it didnt count online. After they performed research, they agreed it did. I asked if they would be returning the tax they collected to other customers. She said she would bring the matter up to her manager. I believe collecting tax on items covered under the tax free week is illegal. They sold out on many items. I cant even imagine how much money they have taken from customers during this week. I sincerely hope they return other customers tax money.2. They do not inform you if items will be missing from your order3. They wont return your money if the carrier they choose loses the package4. They can take a week to replyI highly suggest buying kissy kissy from saks, neimans, Bloomingdales. 100% Pima and amazing customer service .

Very bad attention from the person in charge of the store. They put more merchandise in my account than I had requested in order to sell more. A total lack of ethics. One thing is to be a good seller and convince people to buy your products and another very different and completely unethical is to add items (not requested) to someones account to increase sales and probably their commissions. If they go to the store, beware of the saleswoman and her aggressive and anti-ethical sales tactics.
