My BMW X5 was recalled for airbag problem. I sent my car to this place to be fixed last Friday. The mechanic informed me that my car could be picked up on the day itself or on Saturday. However, that did not happen. I checked on the progress on Monday but found out that they had yet started the repair. The next day, they informed me that I needed to fork out 3500 dollars to fix other issues besides the recalled ones. Given their work ethics over the past few days, I rejected their offer. As a result, they took it out on my car (see pictures). Avoid this unprofessional and dishonest place at all costs!
