Auto Shipping Group is great for your car shipping needs. Overall I was impressed. They contacted me as soon as possible to set up the whole process. Basically they set up the order and then put out the call to companies and drivers. That process was very smooth and easy. Plus your rep always calls, texts AND emails you to confirm everything. I worked with Felicia who was amazing! Good at communicating and always there when I needed her. The driver I had was great and called when he was picking up the car as well as when he was to arrive. It was a little difficult to coordinate the drop off because of a dust storm that happened in Phoenix but aside from that it was great. Good deal, great service! It was a short notice as my previous agent quit the job without informing me, and I had to switch to another agent and have my car shipped in 2-3 days. Felicia did a wonderful job in picking up the work at where it was left, and she quickly found a carrier for me. Overall, it was great service. It was my first time having to use an auto shipping company and, aside from a little issue with pre-authorizing my cc, I thought it went well. Lance was informative and assisted me in finding a driver very fast. Carlos, the driver, was awesome, he went above and beyond to help place the vehicle on the truck. Thank you.

Brandon was very personable and easy to talk to. He instilled confidence that ASG was not a scam and offered very reasonable pricing to transport my vehicle from a remote, off the beaten path location, of which no other carrier would touch at an affordable price. I received multiple quotes, called each back to make sure the vehicle was listed as non-running salvage, and no brakes and covered details. This broker couldnt find a driver and subsequently removed the details of the transport. Cost me an additional $40 in late pick up and $230 in forklift rental (they loaded the vehicle to the only spot available, the top front of transport). Broker then raised price for specific driver. Driver was great, independent guy. Broker disappeared and went silent after they received their brokerage fee.

5 stars...across the board, however Rochelle in particular really sealed the deal. I had reservation about giving my debit card information to just a voice on the phone, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the process...wish I could hire her for my business....well done!!!

This car transport company got my car picked up in Mississippi the very next morning after I placed the order and delivered the very next afternoon. Rochelle and Lance were both very helpful and understanding of my urgent needs. There was a small mixup when 2 orders were placed instead of one but that was kind of my fault for calling and talking to two different people. Overall, this company can make things happen and they’re really nice too.

Wrecked my car in Clearfield, PA on my way to Atlantic City, NJ. Michael and the team at ASG found a carrier and got my car back to Michigan in 5 days. I was able to continue my vacation with no worries. My broker Michael made himself available via his personal phone and was a text message or a call away. I would like to thank ASG for their services which allowed me to finish my vacation worry free.

Perhpaps the company could figure out a way to get your vehicles shipped on time! This was a terrible experience all the way around. I shipped 2 vehicles thru your company. Neither was shipped on time and both vehicles ended up costing much more than was quoted. I had one extremely rude man call me “honey” on the phone while i was inquiring about the status of my vehicle pickup since it was 8 days overdue. Terrible, terrible experience with this company. And to top it all off, my 2nd vehicle was promised by the driver to be delivered on a Friday. It was not delivered till the following Tuesday. Loss of time and work waiting for this guy. NEVER AGAIN. I believe they low ball the offer to get your business knowing full well that the cost will go up by hundreds of dollars. Bad business

Every one that I came in contact with during the process of shipping my car from hawaii to florida were so polite and professional! They made the process so easy for us and we always had a way of getting ahold of someone if we had any questions or concerns while our car was in their possession. The only thing I wasnt so happy about was that once our car hit land in California, we were supposed to receive the information for the driver and never did. I couldnt seem to get the information from anyone which was frustrating to me. Other than that, the process was easy peasy!
