So let me just say I mostly always use ups for all my shipping and almost every single time I come they always have an attitude. The only person that doesn’t is this older lady who is always nice to me and helps me with whatever I need. Last week I walked in and asked this younger girl who was also with a guy but he was helping someone; can I use the tape and she informed me I had to pay for tape if I needed it to wrap my box up and paper if I wanted paper inside my box. Mind you I’m shipping a Mac desktop computer. I never had to pay for it before πŸ€” Im gonna assume that they were new but I didn’t like her tone; Moral of the story I lost money because it arrived to it’s destination broken. I know they knew what was inside the box yet they failed to pack it properly. I’m not using ups anymore cause now you’re messing with my money I might as well take an extra drive to fedex where I don’t have to pay for tape or paper πŸ˜’

If you want to be made to feel like you are a nuisance for walking in, then come this UPS store. These people have the worst manners of anyone I have seen in this city. The elderly thin blonde was horribly rude to another guest who was being patient with her. He waited for entirely too long for her help. Once he said he didnt want to be late for work, I promise, she walked away and I saw her move a few things around then walk back and forth in the back room before finally coming to help him. He was humble and nice the whole time.Sadly, she is teaching the younger man, who is in training, to not be positive and receptive to the guest of UPS.To the Franchise Owner. You really need to understand that people CHOOSE to come here over the post office. This woman represents who YOU ARE?? If she doesnt want to work. Get someone else on there who does. She does NOT represent UPS. I do business all around this country and this is the worst one I have ever been into.

I have used this location numerous times now. I have had great customer service each time, zero issues returning amazon items, and I no issues mailing packages to family. Sometimes the wait would be a little long ( no more than 15 minutes) as the representatives were helping people who showed up before me regardless how rude the people actually were. I have witnessed more rude and impatient customers while the staff still maintain professionalsm.

Every single person there (in many my experiences) has been so rude to the point I’m on google using my time to leave a negative review. I have worked with the public for almost 20 years now and I know how some people are rude and hard to deal with. That being said, there are many nice people too. I am one of the nice ones! Don’t treat me like an inconvenience because I come into your place of employment! I wish there was another place I could go that wasn’t so out of the way. I sure would! I really hate it for the owner of this store because I’m sure he/she wouldn’t condone this behavior!

On Saturday, 5 June 2021, The associate manager offered little help at all. My items were big, but there was no apology nor proposed solution to shipping things that have countless times before been shipped via UPS. The store is normally good, so it may have just been a bad day. Regardless, my next stop was FedEx. Someone else will have to make the big dollars today.

Absolutely unhelpful! Im usually the type of person to be understanding and not post bad review unless its severe. I dont tolerate bad customer service. I called today for a customer service number that wasnt a robo number. (My package has been out for delivery for three days, and I have not received any notification about it. In fact, there was a delivery change request made by someone other than me with no notification.) I just needed an option that wouldnt result in a robot telling me to consult another robot. I called this store, and some woman was very rude and very blunt about how there is nothing she can do and basically how I could do nothing either. I dont appreciate her communication methods, and she needs be aware that people just need to hear that someone acknowledges their struggle at least. From this moment on, you will never find me consulting this store for help. I will go to Timbuctoo before I go five minutes up the road to this place. If you do use their services or consult with them, be prepared for a lack in people skills, attitudes, and unfriendly people.

DO NOT send anything UPS. They don’t stand behind their service. I sent out a package with the correct address, it was sent back and they will not send it again without me paying a second time. They don’t care that it was a package that was sent for a time sensitive matter. Awful customer service as well.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. There is maybe one employee who acts friendly and like she wants to help. The rest just stare at you and expect you to know everything. The particular person im referring to on 6.14 around lunch time was wearing a gray shirt. Really wish I would have gotten her name she is the rudest worker every time I go in there.

We recently visited the area and as usual, had more stuff than we came with and had to ship some stuff back since it wouldnt fit in the new suitcase (just adding to my collection) we had to purchase for other stuff we bought. The owner personally packed our stuff and was fantastic about it. Every aspect of our packaging and shipping of our stuff was fantastic. Great job to the entire staff.

Great service by the personnel in the store, but single mistake gave me a lot of problems.I told the person that it was my first time sending a package. The person didn’t specify that the package was going to be sent with USPS; I thought it was going to be sent with UPS services because I was in the UPS Store. To where a sent the package, the physical address for UPS delivery is not the same as the mailing address; so the person never receive my package.I though it was weird that my package didn’t arrive, so I decided to contact UPS to know where was my package. That led to my having a really bad day, because the person that answer the phone treated me really bad, rising his voice just because my tracking number, which was something that I learned at that moment.I finally receive back the package, but I don’t even know if I have to pay again to try to re-send it , which I hope I don’t have to repay for it.

Theres a sign posted that employees are wearing masks for our safety. We wear masks. Why is it ok for a young employee to have her mask under her chin and the older one to have her mask under her nose? Thats Not Wearing a Mask! Those people Are Not concerned about our safety. They are SELFISH!

Tried shipping boxes to our deployed soldier at The UPS Store 5250 and they shut down the computers AND locked the doors BEFORE the posted closing time. We were there at 3:50 and the sign says they close at 4:00.Spoke with the owner Ms. Patty on the phone and she said, Well they shouldnt have and theres nothing we can do now. You can leave the boxes and Ill call you Monday so you can pay over the phone.1) dont close your store and/or shut down the computers BEFORE the posted closing time.2) Im not about to give out my credit card information over the phone, especially to someone I dont know.3) Ms. Patty, you dont have to worry about this family using your store anymore. Well gladly drive up Airline and go to the other store EXCLUSIVELY.

Notary Services HORRIBLE! Stood in line for 20-minutes and a SIGN was posted stating β€œNotary Service Available”....got to the counter and was told rudely there is no notary and that the notary has hours in front of a line of people! Tried to explain to the employee that they should have specific notary hours posted and have the sign state NOT available NOW. Also, tried to tell the employee they should have a sign posting the NOTARY HOURS and not have a sign out stating β€œNOTARY SERVICES AVAILABLE”. Employee could have cared less and had no compassion for the time wasted...no sorry...no thing!

I had to have my package delivered to this store due to weather conditions. I could not get across town to pick up my sons diabetic supplies from the UPS on Greenwood Rd. Due to several road closures for Ice/snow. When I went to pick my package up they charged me $5 for receiving the package. I told her the store owner that the shipping was already paid for and she said because I didnt have a mailbox there and I used her address she charged me. I will never use this store again. Im glad her $5 is more important than my sons life saving medical supplies.

Terrible customer service. The guy behind the desk looked bored out of his mind and moved in extreme slow motion. In the middle of my transaction, he stopped and began helping a new customer that came in behind me. After waiting for entirely too long, I had to remind him that I needed to complete my transaction. It’s like he completely forgot what he was doing. I wouldn’t have minded but the other customer wasn’t ready and didn’t have a clue how to complete a return on a package; and he was helping her search through her email on the phone. I had to tell the store representative that I really needed to finish and get back to work. I’ve been in this store three times and no one is friendly. No one ever ever smiles.

I was shipping a metal lamp to Arkansas, UPS Store in Bossier City where I was charged $40.00 for a box. The box was over sized for my item and I was told they had to wrap it 4 times for something that was not breakable! It ended up costing $120 to ship this item. In addition, I was wanting the package to arrive on the 17th of Feb. I was told it would cost me $193. But I could next day for $73 this doesn’t make sense to me! Needless to say I was totally caught off guard and very disappointed! I will NOT be doing business with UPS again.Scott Durfee

Worst store on the face of the planet. I went in to get 3 pages notarized and they charged $45!!!!!! No where else charges this much!! Apparently Louisiana is one of the few states that allows ANY AMOUNT to be charged for notarizing a page. The highest anywhere else is $10 per page and most places are less than $5.The least the clerk could have done was alert me to the exorbitant charges BEFORE I incurred them!!!Not only will I not EVER go back to this store, I wont go back to ANY Ups store again. There are ALTERNATIVES OUT THERE, FOLKS. Post Offices, banks to notarize stuff. Walmart for shipping materials. Pay less, get better service. Go Elsewhere!!!!

The guys were talking about porn when my husband went in few weeks ago with customers in the store. I went in this afternoon and two men and a female were goig back and forth at each other about processing an order for a customer. The manger was standing there but even saying anything. They need more professional people to work here and management who actually cares about their customers. I wouldnt recommend none to even go to this location.

The guys in the store are so helpful and friendly. Ive never had a shipping issue once. My ONLY complaint is the manager lady is flat out rude. To customers even, but more so to the employees. I was just in there and another customer in line commented to me Oh my gosh this woman is unprofessional. Ive seen it on several occasions but this time it bugged me enough to post a review. I hope all those nice guys get new management for Christmas.

There should be an already on-site notary. We are expected to pay for service therefore, we shouldnt have to wait for a notary to arrive. Its a UPS store. A big shipping company. I dont get why not at least one employee be licensed as a notary?

Doesnt have a working printer in the store. They have 40 people waiting in the store and 4 employees that work at the speed of a snail. Online, I ordered for one colored print. Very simple. I waited a day to pick it up to give them time. When I arrived they had not printed it off yet. I stood there for 40 minutes waiting for the nice man, who didnt seem to know what he was doing, figure out their printers. No one communicated with me what was wrong, so I left. I later called up there and the women on the phone was very rude and cancelled my order (which I didnt request) after she hung up on me, twice. She said shes to busy for worry about what I need. She doesnt even get to eat her lunch....? Sorry miss, not my problem. I experianced this woman being unpleasant to another customer that waited in the store for almost as long as I did after being initially greated. This place is hell on earth. Go to a different store.IN ADDITION TO: Im being told there was something wrong with the format of the document I was trying to print. However they got it to print.. just in black and white. Im just not buying their excuses for terrible customer service. The staff may have not worked through a holiday season before and were over welmed but its not the UPS stores first rodeo and probably not the managers either. They should have better prepared themselves for this time of year.Go to office depo for your printing needs you will be greated with a smile with no stress.

I went there last tuesday and shipped a package from Bossier to Arlington Texas it is now Thursday the next week n my mom still havent received her package the when i called to check on my package that the worker took n threw behind the counter she lady told me they dont know what happen to call the usps the package that i sent contained a card n my daughters medicine in which now im having to pay all over again for her to go to the dr n get meds all over again as well has having to reorder my card. I feel like i could have did a better job by just sending it myself rather than going to this store n watch the lady take my package throw it behind the counter n it never reach my mom after a week n 2 days the customer service is horrible they never seem to have answers for anything besides call the post office
