Im looking for a specific kind of camper. We didnt speak on price just size, motor and physicals. The bathroom being ultra important.After 2 different showings, he said I know exactly what you are looking for and he was correct. It was perfect in all things except, my price range.So, my credit is good but I have some work to do to get the 10% required down.I really enjoyed this young man and his finance officer. Good place. No pressure just great information.They did their job, now I have to do mine.

Buying the camper was the easy part. Good salesman good atmosphere. Once you sign that line everything changes. I bought my camper and in just a few weeks my main ac went out. No biggie. It happens. But getting getting info from service or getting a call back is impossible. They have had my rv for 3 weeks now and I cant get any info to save my life. Once u buy it they dont care. Currently waiting on a call back. I wont hold my breath. Will NOT deal with this service dept again.

I was just browsing but I promise if my husband was sure what he wanted to do that day Jojo would have had our business great guy. I went to Camping World because they had the campers that we were interested in. I wasnt planning on buying there, just wanted to look at all of them at one place. Well, we eliminated each one until we came to the Jayco 321RSTS. We made a deal to our satisfaction and bought the camper. As far as service, that remains to be seen. But I feel confident that they will do what they say. So far, so good.

I can’t say enough about Jesse in the Service department, I had a client on a time crunch for accessories for his 2021 Chevrolet Silverado and Jesse made sure I was able to take care of him.

I recently had a 2-page punch list of warranty issues fixed at this Camping World in Bossier City. The following are my thoughts:1) I have NEVER met a friendlier staff in a service department anywhere. In fact, they were so nice and helpful, I was shocked!!2) I only recently picked up my rig after the repairs, so I haven’t put it to the test on the road, but everything looks like quality repairs. They also cleaned the entire rig nicely.3) The repairs were quite extensive, and took about four weeks. I didn’t think this was excessive, especially in the days of COVID.Time will tell if the repairs hold up, but at this point I’m VERY happy and impressed with the service we received at this dealership. I will add that we did NOT purchase our rig at this dealership.Thank you Service Department!!

I guess that saw “newbie camper buyer” and went into full gear. I feel like I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else. But that’s “shame on me” for letting myself get pushed into the deal. Don’t get me wrong, love my Coleman camper but I’ve also had to fix a few things the first 3 weeks I had it. And I feel like for the money I could have done better. Lots of screws just stripped out that I had to add glue to. The finance process felt very pushy. I had questions that I didn’t feel got answered. The rate I got was too high. Again “ shame on me” but I’ll just refinance and I’m sure to get a lower rate. My credit will allow a better rate I’m sure lol.

Ms. Joelle did an amazing job of taking care of my wife and children getting setup with a camper. The process was very smooth and expedited so that even though I am in another state I was able to get all the paperwork complete quickly so that they would be able to use the camper within just a few days. She provided me with a video tour of the camper and was very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of all the features.

We had an amazing experience with our salesman Steve Bradley. Very personable and knowledgeable. Ben and Lance went above and beyond in the finance department, as well as Jessie and Clint in service. We had a few issues with our Montana High County, but they stepped in and took care of it for us. I would highly recommend if youre looking for camper.

If I could give these people a big FAT ZERO I would. The Account Manager does not take care of business. He needs to lose his job. He lied and didnt take care of an issue that was his problem. I have called numerous times to discuss this with him. Every time they say hes with a customer. And hashe will not call me back. Is this someone you want to do business with? Me either. Never again will I purchase anything from this company!

My wife and I were looking for a smaller camper so Brian Beard took us to on a tour of every unit that came close to our needs. He was very thorough and accommodating when we sat down for the deal.

The people here are extremely knowledgeable about the types of vehicles that they sale. The employees are friendly and outgoing and are willing to answer your questions honestly. The only drawback is that, just like in Texas, youre going to pay for the Camping World name.... not so much the actual products. Camping World, while being one of the more versatile in RVs, is still the most expensive.

I just had this location do a complete break job and seals on my 2 axel camper after a wheel fell off. Price was reasonable for $1500.Drove less than 2 hrs starting from Shreveport headed to East Texas.Guess what? Another wheel just fell off!!I was able to put a spare on it stealing lugs from the other 3 wheels and limped it 30 miles to my home.Needless to say, I have called them and had to leave a recorded message.Lets see if I get any assistance with this after paying good money to ensure my camper was highway safe.

I was surprised to see how big the selection of campers they have compared to a lot of places I have seen. Really nice people as well.

Here is a partial list of issues I could think of off the top of my head...WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! ZERO STARS!!Bought a camper that was supposed to be new last year July 24, 2020 and still have no title a year later, as of Aug 5th, 2021.The paperwork says it was a 2020 but everything on the camper says 2019... Old Sticker numbers showed up after dirt attached to old adhesive residue on outside front of camper. Think the unit is a used 2019 unit they sold as a new 2020 unit.We have had so many issues with this camper its been awful.2 heaters dont work, the one in the master bedroom thats ac/heat unit and the fireplace one... Neither heat.Hot water pressure release valve leaks like a sieve. Just pours out.Plumbing in outdoor kitchen sink not connected correctly and flooded the camper.Roof leaking in bunkhouse and ceiling showing water damage.Stairs to bunks not built properly and collapsed on my daughter and the staples used to build it cut up her leg when she fell through the step when it collapsed under her.Inside trim on slide just fell completely off, it was barely attached with pin nails that were shot clear through the wood.Window rubber seals fell out of slide window so no seal and will leak.Kitchen sink/countertop not installed correctly and not sealed and taking on water and counter top is swelling up.Outdoor kitchen door not sealed and rain poured into camper.Shower faucet installed upside down and hose kinked and dont let water flow.No overhead compartment installed in Master bedroom like it was supposed to have so no folded clothes storage.No USB next to couches and one side of bed USB missing... Supposed to have them there in both places but does not.Wall covering coming off under fireplace.Bunk supports installed slanted in slide so top bunk is slanted and kids cant sleep good and roll off.The flooring is starting to get weird discolored look like something is bleeding through from underneath... Like some kind of glue. Flooring is all yellowed and red in spots and looks awful.The flooring in kitchen and bunk house are separating and leaving dips in the floors.The awning is not properly installed and does not close completely.The front main doors screen door not installed properly and does not latch or stay closed ever!!This unit was poorly built and used. Not a new unit. We were lied to and scammed. $42,000 and all these problems are not acceptable!!!No title means no license plates which means no camping for a year except for one illegal trip we drove with it anyway and took our chances and other than that weve had to camp in our yard.Weve made all our payments and extra payments too. We want this camper replaced with a brand new one without issues!!!

Their service department is a mess. After having our camper for over 4.5 months for a pair of warranty jobs, they returned the camper with a broken bench, water lines disconnected and damage to our awning and downspouts. Their service managers are good people, but we got our camper back with more issues than when we dropped it off.

JoJo and Robert took such great care of us! We just purchased a Jayco 5th wheel and they went out of their way to take care of each and every detail in our shopping experience! HIGHLY recommend!!

The Parts salesman was so helpful it was the best buying experience Ive had in a long time i spent over 650 dollars on things that I went to get an saved a ton of money we drove a 120 miles just to shop here compared to the prices of parts where i live it was well worth the drive. Went there several times to pick out a camper to trade for. Someone got tired of us looking and told us we could only look at 3 units today. If it werent for our fondness of saleslady, we would of immediately left. Of course she didnt abide by that and let us see as many as we wanted. Ended up buying just what we wanted there.

Travel trailer is a travel trailer anywhere you buy, but customer service is not. The customer service here is through the roof, from the moment we walked in we were welcomed with open arms. Mrs Melody was our primary salesperson, she was great! Our first time to buy and instead of pushing anything on us, she asked what was our need! She went above and beyond to meet our expectations. They did not have what we wanted on the lot, but they didn’t let that stop them. Ben one of the managers went out of his way and had exactly what we wanted delivered in two days! When we returned to pick up our new Travel Trailer Mrs. Melody was out, but what I liked they treated us as family, another salesperson helped his name is Steve, what an incredible guy, very personal and very genuine, as I went to the back to have my weight distribution hitch installed on my vehicle, the gentleman that was installing it had nothing but good to say about his job and about his fellow co workers! DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER ONCE YOU DRIVE OFF THE LOT WITH YOUR NEW CAMPER!!! This has to be the worse group of people I have ever seen working in customer service!! We purchased a 2021 Springdale Camper from them on March 1, 2021. We have already had the fridge break 10 days after I left the lot. They did nothing to assist us with fixing this issue we had to contact the manufacturer directly to get a replacement sent to us. Now 2 months out our AC breaks on the camper. We were told by service lady to bring in immediately so we did. Our camper sat there for 4 days and nobody even looked at it, when we called to check on it same woman who told us to bring it in was rude and wouldnt answer any questions we had, just kept talking over us. We finally talked to another man there in service said he would have it looked at that day or the next morning and would call us back promptly. Next day evening no phone call or follow up at all. We decided to say forget the warranty and just buy 2 new ACs for our brand new camper thats only 2 months old. We go pick up the camper and to purchase the 2 new ACs that will cost us over $1500 and the service man who is checking us out literally stops checking us out to check an employee who is wanting to purchase an $8 baseball cap, they then decide to carry on a discussion. Who ever runs this store should FIRE all the employees and start over again. Needless to say we will NEVER buy another camper from any Camping World again due to the disrespect and lack of concern from Bossier City Camping World.

I recently was in need of an anode rod and wheels chocks for my camper . So I checked around and because of recent snow storm that paralyzed us in Northern Louisiana I was told no one would have these items . Because I am a Good Sams member I then call Camping World in Bossier City . I was told by Jeff that they had both items. Upon arriving I was met by Jeff who immediately helped me get these items plus a few other items I was looking for . Also was able to renew my Good Sams membership for only $9.00 because of a deal Camping World had at the time. After this I will always check Camping World first.

I look forward to the many memories that we will create with our family.Everyone at camping world was very nice and professional.I give 3 stars for closing out final deal.The only thing I would say to change and ask for more detail, is their approach on their warranty package. It is automatically worked into their quote with final numbers in the signing process, instead of asking if you want it first, they choose it for you then explain what they did after you asking for more info. This made me a little iffy on closing my deal out.I did go with a standard warranty for 5 years, even though I will continue paying on it for the term of the loan. I feel it is good to have this protection.

Our camper has been in the shop since July 6.At the first of October we were told it was finally ready. We went to pick it up & the wrong tent bed had been changed (it’s a hybrid) & no other repairs had been done, this is the third time it’s been there for the same repairs. A big scratch had been added almost the full length of the camper. We are 2 hours away so a 4 hour trip without retrieving the camper, fun. After seeing the parts person & a sales manager, it was determined they were going to get right on it. The parts manager called the next week & says it’s in the works. Today Nov 6, still waiting on parts. I would never buy another camper from them because their service is so bad. I’ve tried to be patient & not give a review of them in anger, but going into the 4th month is just too much. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a used travel trailer, did walk through. Drove off the lot straight to a RV park to test everything out. Went to set up the sewage opened the black water tank valve and got splashed with the previous owners doo doo. Then to ad injury to insult they never squared the registration so two months later I still dont have a license title or registration. Should have shaped around more but didnt. Sad part is you cant shop to see if they stand behind their services until you have made the purchase. Lucky me Im stuck with the knuckle daggers with a 4 year warranty.
