Came out to inspect the central air unit and the tech found out that the thermostat was bad. He wanted to charge me $400+ for a $21.88 thermostat. I paid the $79 service call fee and sent him on his way. After leaving this review aTiffany(staff member) calld me and harassed me for leaving this review saying its false statement as its not the thermostat they are charging me that much for, its the professionalism of the tech. After the tech came to my my place.I called the office and asked why so high of a price to replace the thermostat,she said for labor and the thermostat.She was warned I was leveing a negative review and she told me to go ahead .so that I did.I will not tolerate harassment from this company.8-27-2021 day 2 of the company calling me. This time it was Tom calling me asking if I had time to talk because Tiffany is not trained to speak to upset customers, Well she should have never called me than. He than asked if he could give me my $79 service fee money back to remove this negative review. I told him NO, I will enjoy my working unit with my cheap thermostat that fixed the problem and that his employer told me to enjoy and wished me the best lof uck with my cheap thermostat.

I like all the technicians that have come to my house, but I always request Colt Oswalt. He is so nice and respectful, and also very conscientious about his work. He makes sure he has addressed any questions or concerns I have about my system. Karen is always so nice on the phone, and the owner Tom is also available if I should want to talk to him. This friendly company has serviced my family home for many years. They pleased my difficult father, so they can satisfy the most demanding customer!

After a brief conversation on the phone, they had a service technician out in basically no time. Our tech was Ryan, who was very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention courteous and friendly. He was able to get to the root of the issue quickly, and gave us a clear no-nonsense explanation of all our options. The pricing was about what you can expect with these types of repairs; we needed some electronics replaced in the furnace which is not cheap, but all in all I felt like the cost was very fair. I highly recommend Ryan at Advanced Air Conditioning.

Colt was very thorough and professional. My unit was low on Freon, and the cost to add Freon and stop leak at $757 seemed excessive and was much more than my friend paid to another company recently for a similar service ($180). I was not real happy about that price, but Colt was great. I highly recommend him!

A little bit of sticker shock. I was told the service call was $80 plus whatever parts/repairs are done with the $80 going towards the cost. The tech replaced the contactor (available at Home Depot for $14 to $40) and ops checked the system, didnt add any freon. Spent about 40 minutes (not even that long) at the house and gave me a bill for $367. Have to think about calling them back. I understand paying for skilled labor but come on.

Between the sales process and install, the employees at Advanced made buying a new A/C unit quick and easy. They are now my first choice for help, and have recommended them to many friends.

Brian, the technician was very polite, professional and answered all my questions so I understood the problems in the duct work and will need to be done to correct the problem. Within 15 minutes of his assessment, there was an appointment made for repairs to be completed. Those corrections will be made the very next morning which will help to avoid so much wasted heat and air.Thank you Brian for a job well done.

Last May, my AC unit stopped functioning properly. On the recommendation from a friend, I contacted Advanced. The same day, a technician was out to diagnose my problem. They determined my unit was out (it was nearly 20 years old) & emergency scheduled me for a new unit.Six months of blissful cool air later, I received a call reminding me I had a free service check. The technician, Corey, was thorough & incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the numbers hed written on my service check.I ended up scheduling a bi-annual maintenance/ service check as I was so pleased (preventative checking never hurts, either).In summary, I couldnt recommend Advanced Air Conditioning & Heating more. The service was prompt & friendly.

Service tech Ryan was very knowledgeable and explained everything before proceeding.

Our hot surface igniter went out and the technician went above and beyond for us to figure out why a 3 year old furnace get blowing igniters. Once he knew exactly what the fix was, he got it done in about 2 minutes and we were back in business. My only complaint is that it cost almost $300 to replace a part that costs around $40 because of a parts warranty charge.

My outdoor compressor unit went out and within 24 hours advanced had me hooked up with a new one. Everyone that was involved was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them. Also, they offer 12 months no interest financing.

Since Advanced Air conditioning is highly rate in the bossier area, I decided to give them a try at a rental property this summer. In June, we had an AC unit freezing up on a large manufactured home. I am glad to report after 5 visits the our problem seems to be solved. We had two refrigerant recharges, a mysterious missing part that had to be manufacturing, a blower motor pulley and belt changes all for the low rate of $1500. At this rate, I could have almost change out the inside recirculating unit. Sorry, but I can remain in the rental business if I have to pay $1500 to change a pulley wheel and belts. Its seems that Advances Technician do not like to do detail inspection and analysis before deciding what repairs are needed, especially on the weekend. I know its been a hot summer, but this was ridiculous. I would have rather they tell me to change the recirculating unit and not have more problems every two weeks. Anyway, I will find a better vendor, I found their service mediocre at best.
