Went Sunday 10/17/21. Worst experience ever. Pharmacist made myself & another customer wait 1 full hour before she filled our prescription. I was 1st customer & he was 2nd.. she walked around while looking our way she literally would not consider us as a WAITING CUSTOMER. Monique is her name RUDE AS HELL.

Long wait times and not friendly. Will not acknowledge customers waiting to be helped in line. Called about 6 times today and no one answers the phone, then when I come in I see that they dont answer the phones as they ring off the hook they just ignore the calls. Horrible place to have your meds filled at.

I have been trying to get prescriptions filled more than a week. When went to the location after dropping it off and being told it would be ready in an hour. I called to check first no answer, the phone just rings constantly as if this isn’t a business. Then after driving back to the location. I was told rudely, oh we don’t take this insurance, not affiliated with them, and we don’t do business with this company anymore. Then I said ok, can you transfer it to Walgreens, I go there no transfer. So today is the start of a new week. I went inside spoke with a young man who assured me it was no problem to transfer to whatever pharmacy I chose. The only thing they would have to do is call him and he would get it transferred over the phone. I went directly to Walmart this time since I felt there was some kind of disconnect in communication. Well, no, same thing. Except this time I sat at Walmart an hour watching them trying to get CVS (East Texas Street) on the phone. After an hour of trying the pharmacist called me over and kindly said ma’am we’ve been on hold for an hour and no one has picked up yet. He suggested I call my doctor to have them sent there. This is absolutely unexceptional, something needs to be done about this! I hope the CEO of the company see this. A lot business will be lost because of someone not taking the extra step necessary, to insure the consumer is happy.

I got my COVID shot here. Very safe and friendly.

Terribly slow and outrageously expensive. I avoid this place like the plague.

Great selection of needed things

They have great customer service from the pharmacy to everyone in the store.

My wife had been in the ER most of the evening. She was in severe pain and needed her meds quickly. I walked in and the young male pharmacist with brown hair stopped and came to wait on me personally since both the techs were busy. I told him the situation and he said he would rush the order. I had my wifes scripts quickly and accurately. As I was leaving the pharmacist looked up to say I hope your wife gets better soon. This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had in a pharmacy and they have earned my business permanently. Thanks CVS.

Somewhat rude. I always have had a pleasant experience with pharmacy @ Wimble Rd. The condescending tone of one pharmacy staff member really made me realize this place could use help in the customer service area.

These people will pickup and hang up on you if its close to closing time. The manager is young and unprofessional. I am looking for the corparate email so I can send them the recording of her on the phone with me.District manager on Barksdale want ever return calls so send complaints to corparate.

Love CVS on East TX street..close by and they send me text when My meds are ready for pick up..WISH THEY DELIVER..KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE

I recently switched to this pharmacy and I am very pleased with their service.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Especially the young male pharmacist with the brown hair!! Not welcoming, rude, rude, rude, and questioned my BMI as I am sitting in the car in the drive-thru, where he clearly cannot see me. I even mentioned seeing a doctor who validated my need for the medication. I WILL never ever return to this pharmacy and give them my business!

Cant agree more with the other comments. Long wait times. The thing that angered me the most was when I went in to pick up my prescription and they walked away to get it then yelled back across the pharmacy Cialis Right? What a bunch of knuckleheads. So embarrassing.
