Placed a order on line, and after that I seen that I didnt need the item. They told me online to call the store u was going to pick it up from to cancel my order. I called and the tech was rude and told me to go back on line. Long story short, the head Man (so he say he was) called and I told him what was going on, he apologized which wasnt real, then he said he canceled my order but I Never received my refund. I live right around the corner from this place but I will NEVER shop at this location again. I really want to talk to their corporate office about them, they are So unprofessional and is also a thief. The ONLY reason you got that 1 star is because I had to give u a star, because really and truly u dont deserve it at all.

Addy and Darren (I apologize if I spelled their names wrong) were amazing! I went in last minute for a project for my grandmothers memorial and they went above and beyond to help! I was in and out quickly even though they were slammed. I had a wonderful experience at this location. Very clean, organized, and easy to shop. Will come be back.

The FedEx here is the worst. 20 minutes wait per customer no exceptions. They dont care if its your lunch break they will still waste your time.

Tried to get something copied and the young lady that helped me was very unprofessional. She was doing something else at the same time she was asking me what I needed.

Checked online and it said the 6 items I needed were in stock at the store. After driving 45 minutes I find out they only have 1 item I need in stock. The clerk agreed with me that their website is often wrong on item availability. You would think they could do a better job. I wont bother trying to go to the store anymore. The clerk recommended using online. I will use online from now on. And I can get it cheaper and faster with my Amazon Prime membership. Sorry Office Depot but it is too aggravating trying to do business with you.

I manage a hotel in town and I have gone there for at least 5 times to purchase different items (printer /Router / Office supplies Etc) and I got a good service from Charles who is always eager to help from locating items to load the cart and even loading the car. Look for him while shopping at Office Depot Bossier City. you will not be disappointing.Great job Charles.

Really helpful staff. We were given the wrong item in store we called and got it fixed. Really worth the drive back to Bossier. Manager Jeff was really great in getting the situation correct.

Outstanding customer service! Bought 2 chairs the person who helped me went above and beyond what Ive come to expect from most stores. He assembled the chairs right after I bought them, they were done in about 25minutes. After, Facing frigid weather and extreme winds he assisted me in loading them into my vehicle not once did he complain and never did he stop smiling. Honestly the best time shopping Ive had in a long time.

The parking was free and the building is wheelchair accessible. The location of the printing area has been relocated from the southeast walls of the space to the northeast walls, and the store space has been decreased by about one-third. There is less invective and staff. The two staffers were courteous and knowledgeable about the electronics. There assistance enabled me to make a final decision on the laptop I selected. I like the store special on the antivirus software. I didnt accept the extended warranty plan; however, I appreciate being given the option to purchase it.

This place is horrible ALTHOUGH Ms. Sheena was GREAT I wouldnt EVER use this place. I went online and put my print order in by 9:45 am paid in full. I received a message that the order will be ready for pick by 7:00 pm. I called to make sure everything was good and was told YES. I will not talk about the rude employee or the employees i spoke with b/c i am not trying to go there. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE PRINT WAS NOT READY OR EVEN STARTED. Thanks to Sheena that cared enough to stay and make sure we had our obituaries for our loved one funeral.

This place is horrible !! The associates are nice however those in Business Service are untrained! I waited 2 hours try to process a uniform badge. ANSON (the sales associate) was totally incompetent ! I literally put my order in the computer myself after dealing with him. The longest store transaction of my life. I will rather drive to Shreveport than return here.

Service is extremely slow! I went to send a fax Im actually typing this as Im waiting to pay. I asked for my fax back and walked out!! Over a twenty minutes wait to pay for a fax and if I hadnt walked out I would still be waiting!! Avoid if you value your time! They acted like I wasnt even there! I reporting them to corporate.

As much as I come here I have never dealt with Terrible Customer Service like today.They Did not have the item in store. Couldnt log into my account. Called and Chatted with representatives who didnt help at all. Tried to order online was hit with a surprise at the end... Instead of the advertised 3-7 day shipping, Its going to be closer to 2 weeks! Thanks a lot Office Depot/ Office Max. I guess you two names match your two-faced services. I will not be using your internet services or coming back to your store anymore.
