The ladies on the isle that sells the liquor were great 👍 and I will be going back there. They complimented me on my hair and were very sweet. I dont get out much because I stay depressed alot but they were precious to me. I wish I knew their names so I can let you know that also.

Some of the larger companies concentrate on how fast they can get your money over personal satisfaction. But they still have everything you need in one store. Guess its hard to be humble when you are the worlds finest.

Store neat. People friendly. Aisles wide and accessible. Clothing area a little packed, and difficult to navigate in a scooter, but I got through it. Scooter well-kept, charged, and available for use. Easily found everything I needed, at a decent price.

Im an average shopper at Walmart and for the most part Im a happy customer. However, something caught my attention today that appears to be out of place. Walmart has an End Cap displayed directly across from pharmacy near HB that features alcohol. Maybe its just me but I dont think alcohol should be displayed in this area of the store.

Its a good place to shop some lines are long but they have self check out

Generally use Pickup service. Better overall experience than Kroger for pickup. Staff is friendly even when theyre extra busy and overwhelmed.

Being housebound, it was Wonderful to get out. I cant thank BCOA for facilitating my trip!

Waited over an hour and a half to pick my order which was already delayed by 45 minutes. On top of that the employees were bringing out orders for people showing up after other cars that were already there and myself. And the employees were just putting items on the ground for the customers to load. This has been a recent trend alongside awful service in-store for the last few months. And this has been occurring at this Walmart and the neighborhood Walmart on Shed Road. Our family is done with Walmart as a brand and will not be back.

Peaches here at the time of writing this are excellent. Dairy and meat section need significant work. Try Kroger for meats and dairy.

Honestly this is my favorite Walmart (airline) it’s clean and for the most part always tidy. The workers are pretty nice too with answering questions. The only thing I can say negatively is that I came in looking for school uniform bottoms and they were out. Not their fault obviously but it was like the 5th store I’d checked and was getting frustrated that no one had any.

Always packed with people and not enough checkout lines everything is self checkout and it slows down the whole process.

Extremely dirty selves, non friendly associates, and their electric shopping carts are usually either not available or not working correctly on each and every visit. 👎

I can go to the Walmart and get everything I need in one stop. Sometimes it can get a little busy and you may have to wait in line for a little while.

Store is always crowded, messy, and some of the employees need a lesson in customer service. There are never enough checkers never any buggies that operate correctly. Spend some money on some WD-40 for Petesakes. I have been to much cleaner more organized stores in that area and will continue unless absolutely necessary I go to that particular store.

IF I COULD GIVE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE A ZERO I WOULD! I WENT INTO THE STORE TO SHOP AND A BAG OF ITEMS GOT LEFT AT THE CHECKOUT. I HAVE CALLED ABOUT 25 TIMES AND HAVE NEVER GOT ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I HAVE CALLED THE 1-800 WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND THE STORE MANGER WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RETURN CALL OR A MESSAGE FROM THE STORE MANAGER. REALLY, ANSWER YOUR PHONES!

You have to mail my use self checkout and thats fine unless you have a a whole buggy of stuff

Completely unprofessional. I did pick up and waited 40 minutes. Their card readers weren’t working so one of the workers had to walk off with my card. He then walked to another car before going inside to pay for my stuff. People who got here after me got their stuff before me. Honesty the worst experience i’ve ever had, my suggestion pay the little bit extra for target

This store needs to have a bigger selection of decent clothes for girls and women. Not every woman wants to show every part of their body. There are some woman that still are modest and carry themselves with respect. My wife and daughter should be able to find clothes from Walmart.

As always, this Walmart is one of the busiest location I have seen. Friendly staff and very clean! Keep up the hard work.

They need more help on the floor. I dont understand why you have so many self check out lanes and over half are closed. I dont care for those either but dang. If its the way of the future, then open it up.

Grocery delivery experience was a scam! Also, grocery pick up always with problems. Wrong or missing items.

Great place to find everything from dressers and shower curtains to electronics and food.

For tires, online prices are better. They will try to trick you with the only 3 left on their online ad...THREE tires. So you call and ask about getting a 4th tire and they say Yeah, come on in. Then they charge you the store price ($52 more) for all 4 tires and say That was the online price only. Freakin scam artists.

Went to buy a gift card for a coworker and the cashier lady kept telling me the machine wouldnt take my card after it let me put my pin in several times. She would click a button and it would send me back to the pay screen. Eventually I had to go to the atm to pull out money and pay cash. Well I check my banking app and it says she charged my card $94.22. So if it wasnt going through how did she steal almost $100? Fighting with Walmart and chase to get my money back now. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR SCAMS! They really out there stealing money right out from peoples noses. Im beyond mad right now.

Someone in the pickup stole my debit card number and pd there AT&T internet/tv bill with it. They said machine was down and needed to take it in to BUILDING TO pay for my grocery bill. (I had accidently hit ebt in a haze late night shopping 🤷🏻‍♀️thinking it said debit lol any way I will never go back to wal mart again over this .

I usually have a wonderful time when I go there. Most of the girls who work there are very friendly. Rosemary the team leader was excellent. Now the beauty salon is another story. Those ladies werent very nice. Actually their attitude made them really ugly.

Not enough cashiers. 2 cashier lines and maybe 3 self checkout. It took longer to check out than it took for me to get my 3 items

There was no cashiers and when I asked for one I was treated so rudely that I left.

I was able to find what I need for my event all in one shopping.

I usually have an uneventful trip and find most of what I need. Prices are low. Bring your patience when it comes to checking out..... too few cashiers and self checkout computer usually with something going wrong. But, that part is no different in Kroger or Target.🤷‍♀️

I have only one complaint, if you arent going to hire cashiers, open more self check outs. Lines are ridiculous.

The doll was priced wrong on the shelf it was 20 more at the register. I stopped an associate and he scanned it with the app and it would not pull up but he said oh it says 28.99 on the shelf. I then told him yeah but....and when a I got to the register it was not the price. Also I was headed to a kids birthday party and it would have been nice to grab a bite to eat but the deli had no food prepared

I enjoy shopping at my Minden store.The employeesare very cordial and always willing to helplocate items that I cannot find.I approached an employee that was off work, and she was willing to help me find the item that I couldnt find.Her name was Ivory. I dont remember ever asking for help in the Minden store,that I didnt get it.

Walmart is the last option to see if a store has what I need. There is always stuff on floors and items put on shelves all over the place. Their is a weird smell to Walmart that I’m just not fond of either. It’s Walmart I wouldn’t expect less or more. I think Kmart was always a small step above Walmart but Kmart is gone now.

Associates were very courteous and helpful. I also love Walmart.

Neat and clean with a lot of variety of groceries and stuff.Every once in a while they have a rare or hard to find plant in the garden center.Taking one star off because when I do grocery pickup from this location they are usually out of stock on things or forget things. I prefer going to any of the surrounding Walmart stores instead.

This store has rude employees. The store is always in a mess. It too busy, not stocked well. Not a pleasant shopping trip in my opinion.

Only thing bad I can say is its to hot in the store.

Had to get assistance from a walmart worker today & she was very helpful & pointed me in right direction. Once i got to that department (paint, hardware)the male worker in that dept was very helpful & even helped me pick out which one i was going to get.

The cleanest bathroom Ive ever seen at a Wal-Mart. And they have Auntie Annes....hands-down the best Wal-Mart ever!!!

Twice now Ive ordered grocery pickup..both times Ive had to leave my car, go inside, and pay at the register. Totally defeating the purpose of doing the pickup. .and this time, the cashier took my items and started to put my items into a cart so that I could carry them out to my car, myself.. I told him to just cancel it. If I have to go inside..even more so carrying my items out.. Then the pickup service is worthless, much like this particular Wal-Mart has become. Ill pay more for the convenience of not having to go inside at a competitor.

Very congested with boxes and Christmas decorations. Changing out displays and hard to find what we needed. Prices were not displayed.

Walmart is Walmart. The overall experience in any one store is no better nor best than the other. One is made to feel the help is working to keep their jobs but do not really go out of the way, unless asked, otherwise.I will still shop at a Walmart.

As usual, hard to get assistance, no cashiers. Do not like self check out...I dont work here so should not have to check myself out. At least was able to find most of what I needed.

Absolute terrible place to shop I was trying to get help in fabric so I asked an associate to help me and she looked me up and down and walked away.I asked another associate and he said someone would have to be paged but he didn’t have time to.I don’t know why I’m even surprised it’s like that at any Walmart.

Walmart associates on Airline Drive, Bossier City, LA not adhering to wearing face mask or wearing them on their chin. This is happening throughout the store in all departments. Another Colorado State Walmart outbreak in the making. Cant believe management, floor supervisors, or security dont see what is going on. Flagrant disregard of Walmart safety policy. They just dont care about their fellow associates or customers safety and health. Why say your implementing a safety policy if majority of associates dont follow it or management does not see violations. Many more photos available. Safe Shopping at Walmart...Right?

I havent been to this Walmart in quite a few yrs since Ive left and went to TX. I just came back to visit for the weekend and Ive came here just to use the money center. For one thing I can tell you that the line was long but the service was hellla fast. The service was great and they were nice. Also the store is very clean and stocked up. I love it here. I went in to exchange a phone my step mother purchased for a better phone. The lady in that department was extremely rude and had attitude right from the time we approached the counter. I contacted a member of management and they quelled the situation. Thumbs up for the manager that helped us. But thumbs down to the extremely vocal and rude employee.
