Target always has the best decorations for any occasion. The staff are always friendly and mind their own business when stocking. The only issue I have is that the store has a lot of Starbucks drink laying around. Customers are disrespectful for making the store so messy.

I love using pick up because you do not have to pick a time frame so can come at anytime and they bring it out quickly! It is soooo fast and easy!

I do find more stuff at the youree dr location but overall order pick up has always been a breeze & customer service is good .

Target never disappoints, I go in and get what want and leave. The employees are polite and the store is clean.

Clean dressing rooms, friendly staff, average prices ( maybe a tad bit higher than Walmart), I recommend this Target over the Shreveport store because they have a better selection and not always sold out of the important things.

Best customer service and best shopping place

That was the worst service I have ever experienced. You DO NOT take your sweet time getting peoples orders whenever you are behind and busy, you put a pep in your step and don’t spend your time taking to other associates with customers waiting on you. Whenever I have to wait 30 minutes and finally decide to get out of the car to walk in and get the order myself and see YOUR associate with a still empty cart of items I am beyond disappointed at the lack of pride in serving the customer. Absolutely terrible with no sense of pride in work. Never again.

Fast and easy service

I made a several purchases yesterday and was double charged for a rug. I only bought 1 but was charged for 2. I have tried to call the store a number of times today but cant get anyone to answer. Im going to have to dispute the credit card charge it looks like.

They say they price match Amazon, but they dont really. I tried to buy a switch game that is 42.99 on amazon, sold and shipped by Amazon. I was in store on Saturday (12/14/2019) , if I order from Amazon the game arrives on Tuesday, 12/17. I was told by the manager on duty that the product has to be available today. I showed her it is in stock at amazon and I could order it today and it would be here Tuesday on prime. She said no, I have to be able to get it today from Amazon in order to price match. That makes no sense whatsoever because Amazon cannot get anything to you today. So they lost a sale and I bought from Amazon and saved 5 bucks.Then I went to buy an echo studio, which showed online as them having 2 in stock. None in stock. None available at the other store or warehouse.Now I remember why I have not shopped at Best Buy in almost 4 years. Overpriced, less than great customer service, stock issues and weird unwritten policies.

Target pick up has never been an issue. Today, I get home to ruined items due to bagging everything in 2 bags. They can replace it if I come back. NO! It should not have happened to start with, and I live 35 minutes away.

Target is basically the upscale Walmart. Better products, better management, better looking overall. And with that tends to come the slightly more expensive pricing. But you get what you pay for right?

Very friendly employees, very helpful. I found items to be over priced on somethings and sale items extremely affordable. The store has a small eatery that serves Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas, hot dogs, pretzels, fries, and a few more affordable foods as well as drinks. Starbucks is nice, small quaint area and they allow customers to bring food in. Parking is great, safe area.

Order and pickup was filled in completed in a timely manner and done right the first time...

I love Target but I do have a few concerns as of late. The employees are not as concerned. I believe they are to push the self check out and resulting in less customer service and interaction. That is one reason I go to Target. I dont want to do self check out and I want friendly interactions with the employees.

Wow, this was the dirtiest Target Ive ever seen. The floors looked like they hadnt been mopped in over a year, there was trash all over the parking lot and the most depressing lighting inside. 0/10, would never visit again.

Asked 3 employees where to a lanyard for my keys. They had me all over the store, still didnt find one so I used the red guest services phone was on it for a few minutes and no answer. Called the store directly while in the store still no answer. Went to guest services desk to ask for a manager who was called to the front and never showed up. I will NEVER go back to this store purely on the lack of customer service for such a simple thing. What a cluster F**K.

Convenient. Not busy. Sales rack for children organized on a crazy manner but self service register assistant is an awesome employee. At this time of year at least one person should stand on duty just for questions to be handled in the toy department. Things can get very confusing and a lot of questions. The same as one person attends to all of the registers for self-service, one person can attend to the toy department and remain in that area. Other than that, thank you for Starbucks.

My issue is with Drive Up - The two times I have ordered for pickup thru Drive Up, my order has been incorrect. The first time I went inside to address the issue, the second time, I just settled for the substitution I was given. I was not made aware through the application or by the Target employee that there were substitutions on my order. I have 2 small children and the efficiency of this type of shopping option is imperative to keeping life on track for me. They have some really cool little kids clothes. And what I didnt realize was that they had some size for 4/5 over in the bigger kids Department, so that was a nice surprise.

They now have self checkout which is nice. Store is usually clean and neat. Prices maybe a little more than Walmart, but I will pay a little more to have a better shopping experience.

I should have shopped online. The customer service person who checked me out was a nightmare. I called Targets help line only to get someone who could not speak or understand English. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there werent any available. Went to Targets CHAT and was told to call back and talk to a supervisor. I did and the wait time I was given was 10 minutes. There is no Customer Service at Target.

The customer service that you receive in their store and the friendliness of their sales associates.

I recommend going on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursdays. Saturdays are quite busy and you may have to wait a bit longer for check out. Overall its a great store but avoid during busy hours.

This is a nice store with helpful staff. I’ve been using the pharmacy here for over ten years and I love the pharmacy staff.

I checkout out through the checkout line today and was me by a patient, pleasant, and kind cashier whose name I believe is Quemmecha although, I am almost certain that I have not spelled her name correctly. I had many small items and a price difference and she made me feel like a valued customer. I am impressed with her professionalism and kindness. She is an asset to Target and I will continue to shop and recommend this Target with an exceptional employee such as Quammecha; again, I am not sure of the correct spelling of the lovely young ladys name.

I was verbally attacked and insulted from a team member while I was with my 3 month old baby and my friend in customer services because I was speaking my native language with my friend. This is was the worse day I could ever experienced!! Never thought I would experience this kind of Discrimination!.. And on a Target store from a team member. Very rude, unprofessional and unacceptable!.. Im crossing fingers that Target takes action of this situation. I used to be a Target fan but right now I prefer going to another different brand store and have a fun and safe environment than just thinking that I could be attack again because of speaking My Language!!!!!!..

This Taget is always run pretty well. Employees are normally helpful when needed. Inventory is managed pretty well. POGs tend to be full and worked regularly.
