I recently had my oil changed at a Jiffy Lube in MO and Nichols didn’t change my oil filter when I went there. It was the same one that Jiffy Lube had put in last which was a year and a half ago. Jiffy Lube knew this bc they write the date on each one they install.

Exceptional service!!! Some of the kindest most compassionate workers as well. All Gentleman! They have been a blessing every time I go by there. This am I had a low tire light come on and I also had a doctors appointment for my son coming up...let’s top that off I was in my pjs from dropping my daughter off for school(because I thought I’d have plenty of time to get ready after dropping her off) So I called them and asked if they’d check it. They didn’t only check the one they checked all and were so incredibly kind to the woman crying in the front seat because of stress. So fast and had me back on my way and never made me exit the vehicle in my sleep clothes! They always do our families oil changes and it’s always that great! Cannot give them enough stars!

Have been a loyal customer for years always had good service. Until they didnt tighten the oil plug down all the way and most of my oil ran out luckily I caught it in time. Took it back and told them what happened expecting them to change my oil and put fresh oil in there since that is what I paid for to begin with, but instead they just wanted to top it off and put a new oil plug in. Changing the oil is cheaper than replacing an engine they need to remember that. So I complain to the owner who gave me attitude and just put cheap bulk oil in instead of the synthetic blend I usually use. Time to find a new oil change place
